We went to Firebirds today to celebrate a birthday, and as always, the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. There was a small issue where our food came out cold, but our waitress immediately took care of it and made everything right without hesitation.
What truly stood out was the manager. He came over personally, spoke with us, and was incredibly kind and friendly. That level of care and attention meant so much to us. Neither the manager nor the waitress had to go the extra mile, but they did—and it made all the difference.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better people taking care of us. Everything was handled with professionalism and genuine kindness. It was wonderful overall, and we truly appreciate the entire team. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Hostesses very friendly but the waitress wasn’t! I think we came in and disturbed her! Couldn’t decide on what to get but we eventually chose the bacon deviled eggs, Baja shrimp pasta, lobster spinach dip..The Baja shrimp didnt have a taste, loved the Lobster Spinach Dip! If the service was better might try again! Not impressed!

This place is AMAZING. Our server Tiara is the absolute best. She answered questions and made us feel right at home. I don’t think I have EVER been so satisfied with food and staff at the same time or place. The smell from across the street is what drew our attention to the best meal we had. It did not disappoint. If anything was a little off they more than made up for it. Hands down the best ribs of my life.

While we went there for Christmas Eve dinner last night, I ordered a salad no tomatoes and I got it and there was Tomatoes all over it so I picked them out. Then I ordered the T-bone and it was okay a little more bloody than I ordered because I did order medium well and the potatoes that I ordered were just awful I couldn’t even eat them. I probably would never go back again Outback Steakhouse to Texas Roadhouse is so much better. Also the waitress makes you feel rushed.

We got the 3 course meal deal. I got the salmon and shrimp dish and the wife got the chicken dish. Both were delicious. We started with the BLT salad. The kitchen dressed it well. The third desert course was the highlight. Cream brûlée cheesecake and their seasonal bread pudding. The bread pudding was like a strawberry shortcake Sunday. We love Firebirds and will be back again.

I have dined at this location many times and have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately, they should have no excuse for the slow and unattentive service we experienced coupled with order not prepared as ordered, and the smallest piece of salmon I have seen at any restaurant. The taste of the food was as good as ever, but the above issues made for an unpleasant couples night at our table. Historically, I have been willing to pay the substantially increased prices at Firebirds, but one expects them to be consistent if they want to command high prices.

First time visit. My wife has been intrigued for some time, but we’ve never taken the opportunity to dine at Firebirds. Thankfully, we were not disappointed!
I’m not a foody food critic so I won’t pretend to be, however, we were both extremely delighted with our meals. We both ordered from the Three-Course Dinner portion of the menu. She had the mixed salad, Grilled Salmon & Shrimp (requested Gluten Free) and Ice cream for her desert. I chose the Caesar Salad (wonderful), Grilled Sirloin (medium), and Seasonal Bread Pudding (comes out hot with vanilla ice cream and a raspberry sauce on the side). She had water and I drank Sweet Tea (very good southern sweet tea).
Absolutely nothing to complain about the food, service or facility. We enjoyed everything about our visit! If we were to be extremely “picky”, neither of us felt like the music playing over the speakers fit the atmosphere. It was a bit distracting. But that’s it! Everything else hit the mark.
Normally we to not spend this much on a meal in Knoxville, but for special occasions, this will be our pick for sure!
