Went here approximately a year ago and was not happy with any aspect of the experience. Decided to try again tonight and was pleasantly surprised. Food was great, wait staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

We’re tried this place for the first time last night and it’s not that high on my list of favorites. Brittany did well as a server; we didn’t lack anything. The food didn’t take too long and the prices were fair. I ordered the 231 Philly Steak sandwich with onion rings. The sandwich was delicious but the onion rings were average at best. My husband ordered the Prime Rib, at the server’s suggestion, because he loves tender, juicy steak and it was the special. It was severely disappointing. When our Grandchildren arrived unexpectedly were ordered a grilled cheese and fries for them to split and it was terrible. The cheese was not even close to melted but fries are fries and difficult to really ruin. We may try it again but I cannot say I recommend it after or first impression.

Love this place! Food is awesome in every way! Huge portions, great bar, great service and atmosphere. Chicken Parmesan is one of mine and my husband’s personal favorites. You best go when you are really hungry we can share it and still leave with a take out box! Burgers, fries, steaks, onion rings, seafood… They have SO MANY CHOICES! Lunch specials too.

My husband and myself went tonight at 6:00. They only had 4 tables with customers when we sat down. We waited 50 minutes after we ordered before or food arrived even asking the waitress to check on our food. There was many people that came in, ordered, received their food, ate and left before we got ours. When the food arrived they had got my order wrong. They did say they would send it back but I wasn’t waiting another 50 minutes to get it. We asked to speak to the manager but he never came out. When we paid the bill they asked how it was so my husband began telling the boy at the counter our experience. He quickly wanted to say it was because they was so busy but my husband quickly told him that wasn’t true because we was there before they arrived. He then asked for a tip and my husband told him that he wasn’t going to give one and normally we give 25% tip. He was very rude and say well of course your not. This wasn’t our first experience we had there where we had to wait. We finally walked out then because we sat there 30 minutes and no one ever came took our drink order. This restaurant needs better service all around. The owner needs to look at the problem area they are having and fix them and care about everyone that enters his restaurant. Don’t waste your time or money coming to this restaurant. We will not return.

We waited 10 minutes before a server came to get our drink order. The hostess did not give us a menu so we had to ask for one. The server stated they ran out and he would have to find us one. It took another 10 minutes for him to come back with our drinks. He slammed the drinks down and took off before we could order an appetizer. He came back about five minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. He was not friendly at all and service was extremely slow throughout our meal. The food was okay, but I probably will not be back based on the service.
