This team has traveled from North to South to the Southwest and back North again tasting, cooking, learning and managing in various restaurants over the years. Absolutely one of the best experiences at a restaurant. The restaurant is smaller and very nice. Has a real home feel to it. Immediately greeted and brought to the seat. Waitress was extremely pleasant and attentive. Drinks and apps came quick. Dinner soon after and everything was amazing. I should have come sooner. I would absolutely go back. The chef was incredible and very friendly. We even stopped and grabbed some of their home made hot sauce after!!

The food here has definitely been hit or miss. We have done breakfast pizza here that was literally a flat bread with two whole over easy eggs and raw onions on it. Looked nothing like the breakfast pizzas advertised. Cajun chicken and waffles was amazing. Yet $12 for cheese fries that were well well over cooked and couldn’t break them apart with a hammer is kinda the last straw for me here. The pictures say everything you need to know

Melani was great at taking our reservation. The food was very good. We all enjoyed our meals. Different from what I’m use to, but will be back to try dinner. Our waitress couldn’t crack a smile. Had to ask for more coffee and such. She did take a picture for us. Still a good experience. Sorry. Didn’t think to take pictures of the food.

My second time enjoying Brunch at Fire and Spice and it was even better than the first. From start to finish, everything was amazing, great service and incredible food. They have an impressive cocktail menu with plenty of unique options to choose from. I enjoyed a Spicy Bloody Mary (with bacon!) and it was the perfect way to start our meal. The portion sizes were impressive and there were plenty of delicious GF options, which is rare. Be sure to save room to enjoy the one-of-a-kind desserts. We enjoyed bananas foster with homemade dark chocolate ice cream and molten lava cake with chocolate ice cream blended with chocolate dipped strawberries. Simply incredible. Can’t wait to go back!!

I’ve been there twice now, once for their brunch menu and another time for dinner. For brunch I got an omelette which was fantastic and filling! When I went for dinner I got a burger which was cooked perfectly and the marinated mushrooms were delicious on top. My girlfriend got a burger which they allowed her to substitute for a chicken sandwich and that was great as well. The atmosphere is rustic with the restored barn look but still has a elegant feel to it. I definitely will be coming here more often.

Concoctions are uniquely mastered and cooked thoroughly. Service was professional, unlike many restaurants that have flirtatious waitresses. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Atmosphere is cozy for tiny groups but if you plan to dine there during busy business occasions, you’ll likely find yourself having to go elsewhere or wait a long time to get a table.

Nice atmosphere and friendly wait staff. German apple pancake takes a bit longer but well worth the wait. The eggs on the Southwest Benedict we’re nicely poached and potatoes had a nice flavor. Menu has a good variety.
