I just got a slice of pepperoni pizza and it was good but, really need to mention the young girl at the register on Sunday 8/9. She was alone at the front, taking care of the register, heating pizzas, cleaning tables, serving food at the tables, etc. and in adition, she was extremely cordial and helpful. She gave me directions, information about stores around, outlets, prices, discounts, best days, wow. That’s the way to treat customers if you want them back. Thank you so much! TWO THUMBS UP!

We stopped in for lunch and had the pre made slices. Maybe we came to early and they were from last night. They were a good size, just not very flavorful. Maybe the cheese slices are better. We tried each of the gourmet slices they had out. The side salad was very good. Free refill soda was very good.

I got the Parmesan chicken and my boyfriend got the chicken cutlet grinder. Needless to say the food was Amazing! We thanked the chef twice, once when we took the first bite and on our way out. The grinders are very filling and the customer service was very welcoming. It’s a 30 minute drive from our house and we will gladly take that drive when we are craving their grinders.

I’ve gone to Westbrook Outlets so many times and never thought to eat here until today. I found a hidden gem! We absolutely loved this place! Very clean, comfortable, and excellent service! Great prices, nice variety of dishes and most importantly, amazing taste on all dishes we tried! A MUST go to when you’re shopping in these Outlets!

Understaffed unfortunately on a holiday weekend. Pizza slice must’ve gotten stuck to oven so the first 3 inches of the pizza was just missing when the slice was brought out. The buffalo wings were $10 for what seemed to be out of the bag cheap frozen grocery wings. Very uneven size really small deformed like pieces. Chicken pesto pizza slices was decent. Turkey sandwich came with dry butterball grocery store Turkey, and slice of cheese and thick dry bread. Nothing on it, not even mayo or anything. To be out in Westbrook in such a nice area and being the only restaurant available to customers here , this is a horrible place that’s offered. Fresh wings aren’t that expensive… Quality control the food you’re putting out. And jesus, that Turkey sandwich was literally something out of like chuck e cheese. And I promise I’m not being a complainer or holding this place to some higher standard. But man was I hungry and for $30, what my wife and I paid, it was a major let down. I should’ve taken pics… But hopefully somebody puts their foot down and demand better ingredients. “Mall” food or not…. Customers deserve fresh… Thanks

We’ve always been a fan of Fiores in Westbrook but after today we won’t be back. Wanted to sit down on the left side to eat but we were told we couldn’t have pizza on that side. So why is it on the menu? Then we waited 10 minutes and no one came. We didn’t even get to order a water. So we left.

Whenever i am in Westbrook my wife and I always stop here. The Pizza is top notch and it is a nice cozy family setting.I initially had 5 stars but i have since downgraded it by 2 stars because they have no soap in the bathrooms and when I called their attention to this they completely ignored me. I went back two weeks later and no soap….really, during a pandemic, no soap????

Have gone here a few times for salad with grilled chicken. All they have out front is lettuce cucumber tomato olives parm cheese and croutons. I didn’t want olives and tomatoes but wanted onion and peppers. I was told no too busy to add that today. Now they have to get the chicken from the kitchen what is the difference??? Not accommodating at all, not friendly could care less. Manager came out and said no as well. So never go back they don’t deserve it
