The moment you walk in, you are instantly greeted with a delicious scent of coffee. It makes you excited to order your coffee! There is a wall where you can order beans, and pour any amount you want of a wide variety. Coffee was made quickly and kindly, and it was excellent. Even the sweet flavor shots were not overly sugary. The vibe of the shop was also on point.

Coffee is fantastic. Smoothies and frozen drinks are as well. Honestly, one of the best coffee shops beverage wise that I have visited within the Syracuse area. This is the best coffee ever. Starbucks doesn’t even come close. Staffs are very professional. Today was my first time trying this Jamaican Me Crazy coffee. I went back two hours later.bought another. And a bag of coffee beans to take home with me. Absolutely love it!! I highly recommend it

Corner coffee shop vibes, but in the mall. Their drip coffee is pretty good, with the Witch’s Brew being one of the better dark roasts I’ve had. Nice selection of other cafe drinks and usually a good assortment of baked goods. They offer a huge selection of coffee beans to buy. Cool staff round out the experience.

This would have been a bad review, after receiving coffee that was weak and poorly ground, 4 bags worth. Emailed the company and Bob got back to me immediately and was extremely helpful and mailed me 4 new bags of which was perfectly ground and the most delicious coffee ever!! Coffee replacements were at my home in less than 48 hours after talking with Bob. This is impeccable customer service!

I always enjoy coming here on mall trips, it’s always worth the wait for a fresh pot! I came on my birthday last week to retrieve a tantalizing cranberry orange muffin and I told the barista Talia about it. She then made me the most delightful coffee I’ve ever had, special for me. It made me feel so great on my birthday. So many sprinkles. Thank you for making it so nice, you didn’t have to be so kind but I’m glad you were! Thank you!!

We tried the caramel and chocolate frappuccinos. They weren’t overly sweet which we liked, and were a good way to beat the heat. The variety of coffees can be smelt from way outside the store so we hoped we could experience them in our drinks, but they’re mostly for buying and not all available to test.
