Subpar. I’ve heard nothing but great reviews of Fina and decided to make reservations for my anniversary with husband. We get there and it’s dead, we get seated in a back corner which was fine but unfortunately cleanliness was overlooked as the table was surface wiped but not clean. We opted for shareable plates as we wanted to try a little bit of everything from the menu. We ordered the truffle Mac and cheese and it was disappointing, the pasta was was more oily than creamy and bland. We had high hopes for the pizza but unfortunately that too was off putting. I love myself a pizza fire blazed but know the difference between extra toasty and burnt. Our pizza was straight black on the bottom and burnt flavor overpowered the toppings…and sadly was served with spoiled arugula (yellow with spots and slimy). Quality standards need to be revisited.

The pork chop dish is delicious. I really like their Margherita pizza as well. You can tell the mozzarella is fresh.

I didn’t know John Surla opened another restaurant until a friend took me there Wednesday night. This is my favorite of the 3 restaurants he owns. It’s very beautiful inside and out and the menu is good. I ordered the salmon and also had an appetizer (which I forgot the name of).

Awful ceaser salad, chicken fettuccine was way to salty and undercooked, appetizers would have been good if they were served hot. Beautiful place and fun to watch the chefs cook. Food needs work.

Had dinner with friends and the food, service, and atmosphere was great and lively. The glass walls provide an open view to the kitchen.

Great food. Had the short ribs and polenta. Kitchen was slow it took an hour to get dinner but the wait staff was very very good. Best to go when the guitarist is not playing. He is really talented but the music was so loud we had to yell at each to have any conversation. Several requests to reduce the volume fell on deaf ears…pun intended.

Overall experience wasn’t too great. Server was ok. Waited for an hour to get our food. I ordered the filet mignon. The meat wasn’t tender at all. I expected the best quality of meat since it cost $48. Would not recommend.
