Local guide here. I wanted to like this place but no. I cannot recommend and will not return. My menu was a ripped paper. I asked for the fig pizza and not available. I slaked for another pasta and not available. What? The calamari was good, but the pasta was subpar. Sangria was 60% ice water and wine. Far from what one expects from a sangria. The staff kept being pushy for us to order, and later switched the background music to the one they play to babies to make then go to sleep. Can’t believe did that . Overall overpriced food, non courteous staff. Avoid.

The place is cute, the service was wonderful (and the reason the overall score is 4 and not 3) but the food was… Fine. It wasn’t bad by any means, but I wasn’t blown away. Considering the price, and that Za has the same quality of ingredients and isn’t too far in Cambridge, I don’t think Figs is worth it. The toppings were pretty sparse. So although they tasted fine I basically paid $27 for a cheese pizza with a few eggplant slices..

Great pizza and very friendly service in a nice neighborhood. The white sangria was a bit orangy and not like a traditional white sangria. Otherwise everything was really good.

Stopped here for late lunch on our Boston afternoon visiting the Constitution and Bunker Hill Monument. We were SO happy with our choice. We chose to ate outside as it seemed a bit warm in the restaurant. The chicken parm sliders were AMAZING, and the meatball sliders very good to excellent-generous portions for an appetizer which was greatly appreciated. Our party of four had a hard time deciding from the many unique pizza options-we got a small cheese for the youngest of the party and a specialty pizza they made for us with half crispy eggplant and held spicy chicken sausage. We are taking enough leftovers for another meal and will have to try the garlic rosemary French fries on our next visit. Highly recommend if in the area!!!

The pizza was tasty, but I caught the waitress while her finger was in her nose. She was taking care of other customers too. Disgusting….

There was PLASTIC in the pizza! I ordered a take out pepperoni pizza and as I was eating it, the pepperoni had these weird inedible strings that I couldn’t chew through. I kept eating it until I pulled out a long piece of plastic out of the pepperoni! Every pepperoni piece had plastic around it. Someone must’ve sliced the pepperoni without taking the plastic wrapper off (face palm). Sad to be writing such a bad review, but it was so gross to eat plastic!! Hoping the restaurant is more careful, not going there again

Unique toppings for pizza! I tried the eggplant pizza and spicy shrimp pizza. It was delicious! Plenty of vegetarian friendly options available too.

Went into Figs last Sunday for brunch as Paramount next door had a long wait and we were hungry. Simple menu but sounded tasty. Place was empty at 11:15. I inquired as to when they opened for Brunch and the answer was 10:30 – should have sent a light-bulb off but we were up for the adventure. Limited drink menu – I had coffee (but they had no cream, only milk) and tepid water. My daughter had OJ with water, as well. I ordered the eggs benedict with prosciutto with arugula (missing) on some hard-as-a rock bread. This came with homefries that were previously frozen and lukewarm at best. The hollaindaise sauce was lukewarm as well. We were the first to dine, really?! My daughter had two pieces of deep-fried tiramisu french toast that were made with some type of bread, Texas perhaps? Somehow that was warm as well – perhaps everything is precooked and then warmed as needed? The prosciutto on the eggs benedict was very tough so I needed to employ some elbow grease to get through it and the bread. The egg was perfectly poached, however. Server did not come back to check on us and I later waved him over for more water. He had the other server serve our food. The cook in the kitchen industriously chopped what looked to be like garnish the whole time. Otherwise all were intermittently on their cellphones. We were joined by another party approximately ten minutes before our hour was up. If Todd had been there I would definitely had given him a piece of my mind. $40 without tax or tip.
