Quick service, decent food (veggie was better than the chicken option) and a festive ambiance. We were seated quickly, helpful service but the food is okay not excellent. Surprisingly the veggie fajitas were far better than chicken dishes we had! Portion wise it’s really good.
Parking is right outside the restaurant.

Artistically decorated. Food had amazing flavors. They had a vegetarian menu as well. We loved our veggie burrito(biggest ever) and veggie fajitas. Salsa was delicious. Strongly recommend this place. Portion size is huge. Worth the price.

I came here as it was the only restaurant within walking distance from my hotel. I ordered takeout and lady overcharged me by $10, but I felt better about it once I saw the portions. They had some dishes that I’d never seen in any other Mexican restaurants, but the food was just average. It wasn’t bad, but it was nothing to write home about.
The interior decor is very cool, but the space between the table and seat is so tight.

Too pricy for the quality of food. The veggie fajitas were supposed to have the veggies marinated in special sauce – what we got seemed like a punishment for being a vegetarian. It was a shame that Mexican food was so bland.

We took a trip to Seattle to help my daughter move into a new place for school and took the opportunity to visit Port Angeles for a few days to hike and see the sights. Being from Eastern Washington originally, I never ventured to the west side of Washington so coming here was a treat. So, one evening we were looking at the limited dining options and decided Fiesta Jalisco was the spot. It’s definitely a family run type place where it felt many of the workers were related in some way and this felt confirmed by the photos hung on the wall. The food is ok and about what I would expect based on the look of the restaurant. I’ve had absolutely amazing Mexican food in small towns in the Pacific Northwest but this was only acceptable. I had hoped it would be better. But the service was good and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. If I lived locally I’d probably visit here frequently but if they had a local Chipotle, I’d go there first.

Met a friend for chips and salsa and margaritas. She ended up ordering these Chile relleno as well which look amazing. The salsa was quite tasty, spicy without burning your taste buds off. Service wasn’t great, we wanted to order more drinks but couldn’t flag anyone down until they brought the bill. I’m sure they were short staffed, just like everyone else.

Pros, cons, and tips:

PROS:
– Portion sizes are LARGE.
– They have REAL Mexican coke
– SO many options

CONS
– food was good, but just good. Not amazing.
– As an out-of-stater, food costs more here. Entres were between 18-28 $$. However, portion sizes make up for that.
– the salsa they serve as your meal is being prepared is a 6.5/10 spicy. Maybe too spicy. Otherwise yummy!

TIPS
– ask for Tabasco and other sauces. Makes food more flavorful.
– try sharing an entre and appetizer w a friend. That will be a perfect amount of food!

Fiesta Jalisco was a great stop for us after a day of adventuring the national parks. The portions here are beyond generous, leaving me feeling a bit overstuffed – my own doing. I also had their Pina colada and house marg, which were delightful as well. My dinner came with both chicken and steak – perfect post gym. This spot is great for a fun or casual dinner with friends, a family pit stop. Don’t forget to get dessert – the fried ice cream was the cherry on top of dinner.

A comically bad meal. They brought my “veggie fajitas” I took 1 bite then asked the waitress if they forgot to add the sauce/seasoning. She replied no it’s a vinegarette. So I took another bite plain with no toppings and they legit served me steamed veggies with tortillas for $20 called it fajitas. My son just ate the chicken out of his and the waitress offered a Togo he said yes to not be rude and walked out with a empty Togo container lol. My husband didn’t care for his chicken mole either. We also ordered 2 strawberry blended margaritas and there was nothing blended about them, zero ice. It was just margarita juice. So $100 later and a $20 tip, $120 total we are left laughing how bad it was. The server saw we did not like our food but did not care to make it right so we will never go back . We spend alot eating out a few times a week and they lost customers out of us and referrals. Will never cheat on sergios again.
