Amazing first experience!
Today was our first time visiting this spa, and we absolutely loved it! Everything feels brand new and very well maintained. The steam rooms are excellent, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed.
The restaurant was a big surprise — the food is truly delicious and prepared very quickly. Beautiful presentation, great tableware, and top-quality ingredients. The borscht with grilled black lard was simply outstanding — honestly, no words to describe how good it was!
Great atmosphere, great service, and clearly a team that cares about what they do. Well done, guys — we’ll definitely be back!

Federal Spa is absolutely amazing! Every detail is thoughtfully designed — even the public baths are super comfortable. You can really tell the owner has put their heart into this place.
The saunas are fantastic: a big one with gentle, relaxing steam, and a smaller one for those who love a real traditional sauna with birch brooms — just perfect. The hot and cold pools feel like something out of a fairy tale, and the hammam and showers are top-notch.
The staff is a delight — always smiling, attentive, and happy to have a little chat — not typical for a spa, but it makes the experience even better.
The large outdoor area with a pool is perfect for relaxing and enjoying some amazing food.
Minor points: the steam could last a bit longer, the kvass could be more traditional, and the shrimp could be spicier — but these are tiny details in an otherwise incredible spa.

Federal spa is by far the best Shvitz/ sauna/ banya in Miami. The rooms are hot and large with good seating and the ability to add water directly to stove. The cold plunge is a great temperature and the facilities are nice and clean. You can eat and have delicious food on the outdoor patio which has a pool and hot tub as well. The environment is relaxing. The food is absolutely delicious with great western and Russian dishes. You can smoke outside if you want. Would definitely recommend anytime, as prices are fair and you will certainly leave relaxed.

The food is seriously good, and here’s the kicker: they serve Ukrainian borscht! Yes, borscht in Florida, and it’s delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive. One heads-up: it’s adults-only, so great for a chill day but not if you’re bringing kids. Overall, perfect spot to relax and eat well. Highly recommend!

I have been to Federal Spa & Restaurant a few times before, just to have a meal…the food is wonderful and people & service are also incredible! Tonight I had an even more incredible experience going to the spa and enjoying all of the amazing services! I love the way you can go into the spa, have a steam, sauna or hot tub, then return to your table to eat & drink, then do more spa as many times as you like! Definitely try the cold plunge and cold shower, they will invigorate you beyond your imagination!
This place is special and I will definitely return with my friends to share what I have found!

We went to this sauna with four friends, and wow—it was awesome! Super cozy place with top-notch renovation and a perfect price-to-quality ratio. We loved absolutely everything—from the friendly reception service to the surprisingly great food. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave… might just move in!

Visited your wonderful place for the first time yesterday and truly enjoyed it. The atmosphere is great — cozy, relaxing, with delicious food and a perfect space to spend time with friends.
The only thing I noticed was that it was very crowded, and the servers seemed a bit overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with the number of guests. It might help to add more staff or improve the service coordination.
Overall, I really liked it. Thank you for the experience — I will definitely come back again.

I flew in early and had a day to kill waiting for the rest of my team to fly in later in the evening. I decided to spend it here and I’m not disappointed. I just did the spay day pass and it was more than worth it the facility is nice, the saunas and steam room were everything I needed. There’s a nice locker room with showers and pretty big lockers to stash a carryon size bag. If you need a nice relaxing spa experience and want to stay away from the beach/resort crowd that has absolutely top notch food as well. This is the spot!
