Wow, the food, the vibe, the attention to detail are really special.

The kitchen takes up about half of the space which is a testament to the quality of everything I saw coming out of it.

Gluten free black bean brownie and a $3 coffee press will set you free.

Can’t wait to go back for a meal!

Absolutely delicious, so fresh, healthy, and clean. We loved everything we ordered and are just so grateful that such gems exist! It was our first time in the area and we’ll definitely be back. We also really appreciated the kind service and the general relaxed vibes.

They wouldn’t let me eat my own eggs I brought. I been vegan for 2 years docs tell me I couldn’t go straight vegan because of a blood disorder I have. But I wanted to still support vegan restaurants. Well this restaurant made me change my mind. I respect the restaurant for being vegan but they didn’t respect my choices. I wasn’t forcing anyone to eat my eggs. I just wanted them with my meal. I didn’t make a big deal out of it and eat them later but it was an issue that didn’t sit well with me. I don’t tell people how to eat and I don’t like anyone telling me how to eat. I simply don’t enjoy getting policed about how I should eat.

Everything tastes super fresh, it’s a perfect spot if you’re looking for a clean, healthy meal that still feels like a treat. I had the avocado toast and it was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The whole menu is packed with feel-good options, from vibrant açaí bowls to amazing smoothies and fresh-pressed juices.

Both the acai and espresso peanut butter bowls were delicious! Really nice atmosphere and space as well. We tried the cashew cacao mylk as well and it was very good too, almost like a smoothie.

Pulp and Sprout continues the plant-based goodness from its sister-restaurant, Plant.
They make their own speciality juices in house. The food was amazing and was quickly prepared. I loved every bite! I hope to return to Asheville soon so I can enjoy Pulp & Sprout again.

New to the area and so happy to have more vegan options! Atmosphere was unpleasant, staff were aloof, no greetings, I tipped 20% and the person bringing my drink didn’t say a word! I watched an older man with 6 smoothies walk out the door and his hands were full and one fell and broke! No one came to his assistance! Finally someone brought him a broom and he cleaned it up himself! No one offered to make another one! Glad there are places that feed the body with healthy food, but this did not feel like a place that feeds anyone’s soul!
