The staff on 2/17/26 at 12:00 is awesome sauce. They are very polite & welcoming. From the cook guys to the ladies at the register. Good customer service is hard to come by so I am very grateful. Good Job

Came here on a Friday night 3/6/26 and they were slow about taking orders and getting orders correct, all the fountain drinks in dining room was out and they acted like that they didn’t care about the wait the cumstomers had to go through, if the restaurant was clean or the orders correct or not. Will not be going back here again

There’s usually only one person working who ALWAYS gets the order wrong. The last time I was there, I ordered a sausage and egg croissant but I got just bacon. The worker was very rude. To top it off the restroom was plugged. The place is not usually clean and they are super slow.

At 845 a.m. not busy only 2 works I see which is ok beings it was slow , the cashier she spoke but not to friendly, went to get my soda it was only pumping out clear she got it from drive through I tasted it and yuck I poured it out rinsed my cup got tea it was ok and the hash rounds weren’t really cute but greasy ham egg croissant was okay and the door there is so heavy barely can’t pull it to open it or push it

Stay clear of bk in Claremont NC at night only !!!! The manager is unprofessional rude snarky and don’t care how she acts in front of kids with her child like attitude she will close the drive up window in your face and act very immature when you go inside, to replace a issue run and run far she also gets her employees to follow her lead
