Great customer service, they’re always friendly and smiling I generally order pickup and it’s always ready when I get there. The food is good for the price. I like the rewards program, I get decent coupons and can usually get a free drink or dessert.

I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo topped with mozzarella cheese and a sweet tea. It wasn’t bad. Next time I’ll ask for extra alfredo sauce. Once I stirred it, it was a little dry for my taste.

Very friendly staff. No wait to order. Staff remembers us from last trip in two weeks ago. Very casual atmosphere. Beautiful young lady who waited on us, also offered coupons for the next visit in. Lunch value meal is a great value!!

As an Italian I am offended that they call this food Italian food. I’ve had the worst pizza and meatballs there that I think I’ve ever tasted. Even the chicken parm, which should be really easy was terrible. Just not good at all. That’s not true, the fettuccine Alfredo was just fine.

We went this place in a year with my son. We ordered 2 chicken parm. The chicken parm. is the only dish I really enjoyed there. But when the other came to my table, the chicken pieces shrunk in a half. I was shocked about the size of the chicken. They raised the price, reduced the size of the chicken in 1/2. What a bummer.

I experienced the worse incident yesterday evening. I sat in the drive thru line and heard a man that claimed to be the manager yelling at a customer on the phone while the woman held the phone with a snarky look on her face.only because he asked how he could use a credit if they gave him a coupon with a date they scratched off and wrote on. I couldn’t believe and have never seen such unprofessionalism. I heard everything and was utterly disgusted, as the woman called the police on the man. Like what is going on here? Is that what the world comes to? It seemed to me to be a clear issue of race. Never again Fazolis. I pulled right off. The woman who held the phone was no better and was rude to the customer. A lot of people pulled off, including me. Do better Fazolis. I have been going there for 14 years, but this incident that I witnessed sickened me to my core.

Register guy was AWESOME! We were thrilled with the generous breadstick allotments as well. Only complaint is the Fettecini Alfredo was so watery, that just trying to eat it splattered the sauce all over me and the table. The sauce needs to be A LOT thicker!!!
