I don’t a a local fazoli’s in Pikeville so our family drives to paintsville a couple times a month. We love this place. Food is always good and the staff treat you like family! The breadsticks are always GREAT! I highly recommend this place. We maybe waited a total of 2 min for our food for 6 of us!

Pretty basic ‘italian’ food, could be better for the money. But you get a decent amount of noodles, could get some more sauce for how much pasta they give you. It makes for pretty dry spaghetti and Alfredo. We get the meal deal spaghetti, Alfredo, and breads ticks. Would not recommend their salads.
