The person at the counter, that took our order was polite and friendly enough… no complaints whatsoever with the food. The dining area was a little to be desired.. several tables were dirty & still had plates & cups setting on them. It wouldn’t prevent me from going back, but it did need some attention.

Our family loves Fazoli’s. We eat at this location often. This evening, we were greeted by Gabby as soon as we walked in. She was so welcoming and answered all of our questions. All of our needs were accommodated. Our order came out perfect. The lobby was clean. The food was great. 10/10 experience.

Definitely a value option for that quick take home meal. Prices inside can be a little more expensive per person. Pasta offerings are always good and hearty and salads are actually fresher here than most casual dining restaurants. Service is good, and depends on time of day how involved they are in the dining room. The family meal was more than enough for four and could easily feed six.
I really wish they would upgrade their pizza offering. I mean it is kind of like pizza. I find it looks beautiful but is just missing it and they have such a great opportunity to turn out a much better product. Move to a par baked crust and offer more than just pepperoni and cheese. You may have to stock four more trays on a food prep table to be able to offer something that is almost fresh and customizable.
First time I have used the app was today and it was as nice. Wished it had a little more customizable options. I did get a giggle out of Siri reading the order number.

I don’t a a local fazoli’s in Pikeville so our family drives to paintsville a couple times a month. We love this place. Food is always good and the staff treat you like family! The breadsticks are always GREAT! I highly recommend this place. We maybe waited a total of 2 min for our food for 6 of us!

Not sure if liked this restaurant. I have been there twice and get heartburn later. I am not used to anything spicy and the sauce seems to have a little heat to it. I don’t think this restaurant is good for me personally. I think Italian should be a sit down but that may just be me.
