We ordered online … two chipotle bowls, as well as a burrito and a quesadilla meal. We do not think that the burrito bowls meet the standards of Chipotle. From our visits to this chipotle location over the last 15 years, the quantity was a third to a half less than what we typically have received.
When I returned to the location, I was hopeful that they would apologize and offer new bowls. Instead, I heard from both the server as well as the assistant manager that what we received was typical of what to expect. They would make it up, but they would not admit that anything is wrong.
In addition when I called the number listed on both the Field Leader and the General Manager business cards, I was taken to the answering service for a retirement community.
I am hopeful that I’ll receive a response to an email to them.

This used to be the best Chipotle but lately our orders are always wrong. Today our order for pickup was almost a whole hour late! We ordered at 9:30 and our pickup time was 9:50. We got our order at 10:35. And it wasn’t even correct! They forgot my guacamole (my free bday guacamole might I add), cheese, lettuce, and corn. And they added a TON of sour cream (which I can’t eat). Going to start going to another location unfortunately, this used to be my favorite!

I usually am satisfied with my quick chipotle meals, but today I was served cold vegetables, cold beans, and very meager portions for my kids quesadilla meal. It was also baffling how the “sides” were 1.60 each; the sides were sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Not rice nor beans. Those are egregious prices for tiny plastic cups of sides, and that price is not reflected in the menu. Usually I get these as complimentary sides at my local chipotle.

I don’t know what’s going on with this franchise, they put less food in the bowls, the quesadilla that comes with 3 ingredients before they filled the container, now they put half of it (btw the container it was always small) and the corn comes with a lot of liquid like a corn soup, the sour cream comes with pieces of cheese I think so it was contaminated with other food, that’s disgusting! And the last issue I can’t believe is that I asked for cilantro and they gave me cilantro with liquid that smells like industrial lemon and they told me I have to wash it before eating, that’s ridiculous!

I want to give a huge shoutout to the team at the Chipotle on La Grange Rd—they’ve consistently delivered top-tier service and quality every time I’ve come in.
The staff is always incredibly accommodating, no matter how busy they are. The restaurant is spotless, the food is always fresh, and the overall vibe is just welcoming. One standout is the lady with the dreads who handles the to-go orders—she is so kind and attentive. After just my second visit, she remembered my name and now greets me personally every time I walk in. That kind of attention to detail really sets this location apart.
The cashier, who always wears a hair cover and has the brightest smile, is another gem. Her friendly energy makes checkout a pleasure every time. I also visited on 7/30, and a tall gentleman on line prep helped me when my to-go order was missing a cup. He handled it quickly and pleasantly—great attitude all around.
I’m really big on service and order, and this team has it locked down. Thank you all for making every visit a great experience!

Paid 11.77 for a steak bowl, but unfortunately the steak was scraped from the bottom of the bin and overcooked and underportioned. I normally order chicken to save a few bucks, but had a rough day and decided to treat myself. Sadly, it was a disappointment. Update: had a few more bites and dropped a star. It tastes like beef liver.

Where do I start. I walked in and it feels like your so pressured to place your order , please roll back the video to see it started with one guy helping them it was two males and one female and so much talking at the same time .They didn’t even get my order right and look at my guacamole. It’s black, I came right home. I know after they gave me , they brought a new one out so I was served the old bottom of the metal bowl . I will attach pictures. I asked the why for the chicken quesadilla meal, and he said it only comes with two sides, he didn’t even give it to me on a burrito tortilla, he gave me one tortilla folded in half no chicken and I was charged for black guacamole. That was one meal gone bad and wrong and didn’t eat. Then my husband opens his and the guacamole was all black. I understand guacamole changes colors but not that black that fast , considering when I was paying they brought a brand new one out . They need to slow it down and not have 3 people taking same persons order, so mistakes like this don’t happen. Then for health matters , if you see that the guacamole was at the bottom of the bowl , and it’s black get rid of it. We pay way over what we should be charged for anything there and this goes to show food safety doesn’t matter . Money $ does..

I had went into chipotle to pick up food. I had gotta 1 burrito and 1 bowl. As one of the worker was starting to make both he proceeded to put 1 scoop of rice on my burrito and then put more than 2 scoops of rice into the bowl. It’s not usut the rice that was extremely unfair, but eveything else that was put onto them was unequal, he filled the bowl way more then he did the burrito. When I had had taken home the food and gave the bowl to my little brother, he couldn’t even finish his food with how much they gave his bowl compared to mine which was such a little out compared to his. Their portions are very unfair and disappointing just because I got a burrito i deserve less? Wow chipotle you have lost a customer.
