Normally this place is pretty good. But lately the iced Capps taste like something else was made with it too. I ordered two, and they are different colors…hmm. Also if I order all honey dip donuts. Stuck in line for over 20 minutes for a coffee and a small strawberry lemonade. Waited at the speaker while an employee ran out to take a picture of the long line. I was not asked to wait. Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had. And I don’t want the excuse you had no employees. When I got to the window I seen 3 up front. That doesn’t even count the ones I couldn’t see. People running drive through are incapable of giving the proper meals that were ordered. Idk what happened to this place. Wrong sandwich, wrong side doughnut, can’t get a coffee right. Kinda sad, honestly. Used to be the best Timmy’s within miles.

I visit this Tim Hortons very frequently and they never have any problems. Today I went through the drive-through and the line was wrapped around the building. I was very patient not in a rush when I got to the window. I asked for a large coffee with oat milk and number 2 and I had the person taking orders Snap at me three times about different things in my order and when I mentioned to please calm down that I hadn’t done anything and I was asking a question about clarifying what she was talking about. She snapped at me again. When I pulled to the window, I asked if there is someone I could talk to because the person taking orders was extremely rude and very short and snippy and it’s the first time that’s happened and it was very unpleasant. I was told the person taking orders was actually the manager. It made me very sad to hear that and I’m only leaving this review in hopes that someone is able to see and say something and realize that this is a wonderful establishment here in Romeo, and the attitude at the drive thru about what’s ordered and giving attitude and even huffing over the speaker to someone patiently ordering, etc is something not necessary and unprofessional. Obviously I was unable to speak to a manager since she was the one taking orders, so hopefully this review gets to someone. The other workers are always VERY friendly!

had the worst drive through experience. worker was rude, unhelpful and gave MAJOR attitude. i just came from a fun sleepover and this ruined my mood, tried to send us off without all our stuff. then gave us not fully mixed drinks which tasted weird. when asked simple questions, the worker responded with dirty looks and sassy tones. we were there around 10am on saturday may 13 worker was young long dark haired and of hispanic heritage. when i politely asked for whipped cream on my drink, she didn’t even say anything just snatched it back and gave the smallest little snake of it then rolled her eyes as she gave it back. girly was so miserable if you don’t like your job don’t work there. i’m not one to be crazy and write mean reviews but like wth. bagels were great though.

Staff was rude &breakfast sandwich was cold. Didn’t even bother with the coffee since the attitude was bad. Waited 20 minutes in like & the cars just kept piling in. This is a horrible location and I won’t be back. This location is going downhill quickly.

Wow just called up there very nicely to ask for help on an online order I did incorrectly! Associate who answered just kept saying I don’t know and then I said nicely can a manager maybe help me ! Manager gets on rudely says yeah and then says rudely can I help you with anything is anyone even there!! Just who even acts that way to customers and does not even want to help at a business!!!!!!!!
