Nothing but rude little girls work at this location. I’m sick of telling myself it will be different the next time I go. Today I got two iced coffees that aren’t filled and she slammed them on the counter. If you hate your job that much, why work there?! I will NEVER go back and I’ll make sure my friends and family don’t either.

I got two timbits and when I went to eat one it smelled so bad that I stopped and pulled it away from my face. They smelled like someone who has never washed their hands in their life grabbed it with their bare hands. My coffee order is always wrong, cold, and tastes very old. I started trying to order coffee with less and less cream and sugar in order to get what I actually want but it’s never right. Last time I ordered 2 and 2 and it had so much cream the coffee was white and no sugar in it at all. I feel like I’m wasting my money every time I go there so I won’t be going to this location anymore.
The staff are extremely rude and sigh loudly when you order one thing and before you can take a breath to order something else they tell you your total and to pull up. Then when you’re done they don’t bother to respond and leave you waiting there for a total that they don’t give, you just have to pull up to the window and even then they don’t tell you.

Hire new workers or pay theses works more money to do their job better. Customer service is absolutely terrible, especially through drive-through.The Location is convenient which is the only reason we’ve been coming here so long our coffee is never right always have to ask for cream and sugar. Food is never fresh old tasting. All around I would give this location 0 stars. I guess will start driving to 23 vandkye way better service and everything over all!

Always disappointed and everyone who works there has a major attitude. We usually stop here because it’s a convenient location but we will be going out of our way from now on. The final straw was not putting our coffee lid on properly and then watching it be spilled in the car and not even offering napkins or anything. Just walking away and avoiding eye contact. Every other Tim Hortons I have been to is great. Go to any other location but this one!!!

The young blonde lady I think was the manager. Yelling at employees to take the garbage out. I order an everything croissant with the scrambled eggs and sausage. But they were all out so I asked can we just do the everything bagel instead. Got my order n received just a plain croissant. Was just gonna eat it n then my boss said something. Which irritated her so she made me a new one. Get to the truck and the orders messed up again. She is moving so fast not paying attention and just frustrated. Not good vibes and still didn’t eat what I wanted

Unfortunately it’s the only one I can get to in the area. They never put sugar in my double double, always get my order incorrect (given a different food item than ordered) and the black haired young lady taking orders is so rude and seems so angry. If this is how they run the place, it shouldn’t cost $3 a cup coffee

Coffee was disgusting! It tasted like Day old coffee. Donuts also tasted like yesterday donuts. Need better management and get better organized. I won’t be coming back. Whoever owns this store, you’re gonna lose your business if you don’t take care of it And fix the situation!

I’ve been here 3 times and each time the coffee has been terrible. Last time, I ordered a hot caramel latte. It was so cold. I’d rather skip my coffee for the day than return.
