My family of 4 ate here, my boyfriend was not pleased with the service or the cleanliness of the people giving service. When receiving our order there were a few mess ups to the chicken fettuccine Alfredo plate, we did not get our breadsticks, we were constantly bothered by employees coming to our table asking numerous questions about our visit. The food looked well in appearance, tasted OK …just wasn’t a great visit on our first visit. And the fly’s were ridiculous. One more thing, the staff put food on my plate that I requested them not to while ordering , Had I been allergic to anything they had added to my plate it would’ve been bad.

Found out about Fazoli’s when I was a little kid, it was a smaller restaurant chain back then as I didn’t see many areas that had it, but I’m glad it’s picked up in popularity because the food is absolutely phenomenal. It may not be considered as “luxurious” as other restaurants but everytime I’ve gone I’ve been more than satisfied with everything. There’s this neat atmosphere to the place, prices are really good for the portions you get, and the quality and flavor of their items is incredible. There’s so much flavor and moisture in everything, a perfect blend that balances itself that leaves you feeling like you had a true meal. This location is just as good as the others and will definitely be coming back

Jamal was wonderful taking our order and got it perfect. It came out nice and hot ready for us to eat and we were given extra cheese. Anna came out and gave us extra bread sticks and took care of us when we needed extra bread sticks. If you have not eaten at this restaurant you really need to check them out it’s an awesome team.

Happen to be in the area and noticed the restaurant and stopped in. Back in the mid 90s in my home town of Virginia, I used to frequent Fazolis….circa 1993! Haven’t seen one since so to my pleasant surprise the breadsticks-unlimited when you dine in- are still delicious. I ordered the baked spaghetti with meatballs, plenty of meatballs and large portion, nice an cheeses…fresh grated parmigiana is also offered. Price is very good for portion you receive. Too bad there is not one in Cobb county, but pretty satisfied with the value and taste, and brought back fond memories.

I’m sorry but what is the point of having a drive thru if you have to wait 10+ minutes per car just to get to the drive thru window. My order was supposed to be ready by 650 but it took 30 minutes just for us to get to the window with only two other cars in front of us. Also, I shouldn’t have to repeat my order after saying that I have a mobile order at the intercom. Then you have mobile pickup spots but we wasn’t informed of it. Our food is cold so we won’t be eating here again.

I ordered the Ultimate Sampler for my son. I had the pepperoni pizza bread sticks. We loved them both! We were pulled up for about 5 minutes, not a long wait at all. Will definitely go there again!

This was my first time ever having Fazoli’s, and I was very impressed! The lasagna was delicious, and I also enjoyed the breadsticks and loaded fettuccine (not pictured). I’ll be sure to come back very soon!
