It was my first time here during one of my favorite layovers. I got the fat cow sandwich size small. It was so good and so different from what I eat. It’s definitely not a healthy option by any means, but it is definitely worth the naughty experience. The staff were all super nice and accommodating. Apparently, this restaurant is under new management and is trying to separate themselves from the past. From the non ideal/ shortcomings to a more positive, pleasant, and overall better experience w/ everything from management, food, flavors, staff, cleanliness, etc. Well, this being my first time here, I don’t have any previous experience to compare, but I can say I appreciated everything Fat Shack offered. I definitely recommend stopping by and having your own experience. With that said, I look forward to another overnight here so I can try some of the other menu items.

We had an order tonight and it was made wrong, tried to call them we’ve call all the numbers and they all say not in order. Called another store to get a number that worked and they said they don’t have it, just send a message online. So disappointing, don’t waste your money!

I was the only customer in the store when I ordered a classic burger with bacon, to go. When I got back to the hotel I found my burger was not made right (don’t like ketchup so did not want burger sauce) and I didn’t get the bacon that costs $2 before tax. The burger was ok at best at that point, if you choose to go here definitely check your offer before you leave.

The service was on point. The place had been rather clean. Based on previous reviews I had been expecting a worse looking restaurant. It’s a cozy place, we were lucky it wasn’t packed. I also liked this place offered contactless payments as well. It was really easy to pay using Google Pay.
I got my fries rather quickly…the people I was eating with got their food pretty quickly as well.
We all enjoyed our food, with the exception of the fried oreos that were coated too heavily with powdered sugar. I’ll come back to try other foods, since the fries are great.

My first impression was not the greatest. The glass on the corner of the door was shattered and held together with duct tape. I was hesitant on opening it in fear of it breaking completely. The music was super loud, I could barely hear the cashier speak. I placed a to-go order for the “Fat Jersey” which came with fries, mozzarella sticks, cheese steak, chicken, and sauce for $13, $15 plus tax. The fries were a little soggy and the sauce was a little overpowering. Overall, I rate the sandwich a 4/10. I feel for the price, it should’ve came with a side and a drink as opposed to having to buy it all separately.

This place is the best. Everything I have tried has been delicious. From the burger, the onion rings, their wings, and their Philly steak. Nothing has disappointed. And their customer service is on point. They take care of you.

I drove almost 4 hours to try this place out after seeing it on Shark Tank. Sandwiches were okay, I tried 3 different sandwiches. The fries were really good at least.

I ordered the Fat Gorbies and they didn’t make my food correctly it’s supposed to have cheese sauce and from the picture there clearly isn’t any.barely any lettuce on it and the chicken over cooked. It was like 10:30 P.M. when I placed my order and I know they don’t close until 3:00 A.M. so I tried to call to tell them about the error. It was around 12:00 A.M. when I called and they answered and said “Fat Shack we’re closed.” I know that a lie. What kind of business does that?
