I ordered pepper steak and curry beef and I asked for the Curry beef to be extra spicy. It was extra spicy but so was the pepper steak that I just want a normal my girlfriend wasn’t able to eat it very upsetting. My coworker told me never to eat there because he saw a lady pick her nose and then touch the food without washing her hands while cooking it. Service was good though smh

I ordered food from here for the first time last night, and unfortunately, I had a very concerning experience. While eating, I discovered a piece of copper wire—like a metal mesh—inside my food. Google really needs to give us a half a star option cus this mess here!! First time ordering from here (thought I was calling hot wok ) General Tso was the spiciest I’ve ever had completely uneatable and tasted like a spoiled piece of chicken fried in dirty dish water. This restaurant has one thing going for it – consistency. Unfortunately, it’s that it’s consistently bad. I was fine with just edible, since I just moved and needed something to eat that was quick and not McDonald’s, so I’ve ordered more than once.
The first time, justa few days ago, I ordered General Tso’s chicken, extra spicy, and krab rangoons. I requested utensils be included with the delivery. I got something that was somehow soggy and tough at the same time, and tasted of just tomato paste. The included fried rice was not edible. The “krab” rangoons are stuffed with just cream cheese, and didn’t come with sweet and sour sauce like you would expect at any other restaurant. Naturally, that meant choking down a couple of dry cream cheese wontons and feeding the rest to my trash can. I feel like you can guess that no, they didn’t toss a plastic fork or spoon or even some disposable chopsticks in the bag.
Last night, while moving the rest of the big items over, I ordered again. It’s worth noting that their expected delivery time is 80 minutes after the order is placed. No big deal, we could wait. Well, 10 minutes after it should’ve been here, I call. They tell me the driver says it’ll be 10 minutes. The restaurant is 8 minutes from my house, on the longest route. Okay, fine. 25 minutes later, I call again. The lady puts me on hold – by which I mean she sets the phone on the counter and screams at someone “that number is calling again!”
We finally get our food 45 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and to no one’s surprise, it’s cold. The fried dumplings are wet and the steamed dumplings resemble bloated corpses. The egg rolls are also cold, with the bonus of being burnt. The soups could be considered lukewarm, if we’re feeling generous. I’m not. I call again, because obviously this isn’t edible, and they let it ring through to voicemail. We ended up going through BeyondMenu for a refund and throwing the food out.
Don’t order from this location unless you’re a masochist.

I accidentally ordered from here And they the only Chinese restaurant open late on the west, but the food was terrible I had seasame chicken and pork fried rice the rice was too wet and mushy and I didn’t even have vegetables or anything In it, I should have just got plain white rice, then when I called he said that’s how they make it and sorry and hung up in my face, I will not recommend them to anyone and the food was terrible , my cat didn’t even wanna eat none a total waste of $13…. Never ever again

if I could give no stars I absolutely would. The rice was mushy and the sesame chicken tasted awful and burnt. The lo mein was awful and watery and my mom had a very long hair in her fried won ton. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering simply based on what was available for delivery in my area. Do not waste your money or potential harm to your health.

I went to this location today to pick up a quick bite after working out. I called in the order and was told it would be ready within 10 minutes. Well it took me 15 minutes to get there and I still ended up waiting another 15 minutes before my order was ready. The youngest boy was in the kitchen when he suddenly yelled out “EWWW What is all this sludge??” And the other worker shushed him. I stared them both down because I want to know what if my food is being cooked clean. Neither of them said anything. Be very careful eating here.

Haven’t had a meal here in over a year and decided to try it again, and i’m very happy i did. I got the boneless spare ribs and they’re absolutely delicious. Nice and tender & all the food was very hot and freshly made!! Worth the price and very pleasant experience. Will definitely go here again.
