The food was fantastic, kids and my wife and I loved it but the first thing we noticed was our waitress was quite miserable acting. I get it, work isn’t the greatest but put on a face. People are spending a small fortune these days to eat and then have to tip. Either make it an enjoyable experience or we can take business elsewhere.

On 1/17/26 at 2pm, it took a server/hostess over 10 minutes after passing us at the door a couple times in front of the door and looking at us, then a different server asked us to wait minute for something else before seating us. After we got seated, we waited 10 more minutes then we left before taking our drink order… There were more open seats than filled, but they were more focused on other tasks. This place is a customer service disaster.
After reading other comments, my complaint is common at this establishment. Apparently business is good enough where they don’t need to hold employees and management accountable. I will not be back and would not recommend.

The revamped Fanny Goldmine is fantastic! The new food and drink menu is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.. Great spot to listen to music on green Friday night! Say hello to JB and his team. They are doing a great job. Keep up the good work guys! See you soon…

Went with my family. Large group of about 15 people. Ordering the food was smooth and the pricing is affordable. Somewhat slow if the line is long. Food came out hot and delicious. I really enjoyed the pork chop breakfast platter.
The interior design is very nice and there is a walking path around with a gift shop and market.

Another great hidden jewel. We rode the motorcycles just to eat breakfast. No disappointments, this is a must place. We will return. The fried pork chop breakfast platter w/gravy is amazing.

Beautiful casual restaurant with a great atmosphere! Food was good and the prices are reasonable. We were there right at 10:30, so you could still order breakfast but lunch was available too. 3 * on service because the breakfast plate came out first and the wrap about 10-15 mintues later.

Almost everything we’ve tried has been excellent! The wings are the best I’ve had so far around the lake area. The pork skins are divine. sizzling pops can be heard as they are delivered to the table. The flounder was really good too. Not crazy about the fries, they were just skinny limp fries, but everything else was spot on. The wings were so good paired with a good quality bleu cheese dip, not that runny kind! I went back the next week and picked up a bunch for the weekend! Service was good, with good atmosphere! Hope to try the breakfast in the future!
