As soon as I ordered, Tracy, the employee working the register started with attitude right away. It got worse after I ordered. No one traveling through the Atlanta airport should feel aggression while ordering a slice of pizza.. I asked who I can speak to make a compliant. The manager came out at barely said anything. All she did was apologize in an insincere way. It was obvious she was going to not address the employee’s attitude and poor customer service. Atlanta airport has a negative reputation and this is a perfect example of why. I am sure there are many other people that would be happy to do Tracy’s job much better. Clean up the front of your house or that pizza will just continue to sit there and get cold. I walked further down in the C terminal to get a slice at Sbarro where the customer service was exceptional.

Famiglia Pizzeria – Terminal C Breakfast Stop
Between Gates C12 & C14 – Terminal C

Nestled quietly between Gates C12 and C14 lies Famiglia Pizzeria—a welcome retreat from the central terminal chaos. No line, no crowd, and a surprising breakfast option for travelers seeking peace before boarding.

I went with the Asiago bagel with egg and cheese. Warm, chewy, and topped with just enough baked-in cheese to satisfy. Honestly, it would’ve been delightful with just cream cheese too—a simple win for the light side.

But alas, the side of breakfast potatoes turned quickly to the dark side. Tater tots, hot from the oven, yet somehow still a chewy, soggy mess. Freshly warmed disappointment in every bite. I tried, I truly did—but after a few attempts, they were banished to the trash bin with all the dignity of a failed Padawan trial.

Still, this spot earns points for quiet convenience, friendly staff, and a solid breakfast sandwich. Just skip the tots unless you’re feeling particularly brave.

Would not eat at this location again. The food was fine and what you would expect from airport fast food. The service was absolutely abysmal. There was nobody in line, literally nobody. My wife and I were the only customers and because we did not walk in, at one end of the counter versus the other, we got a surly response from the cashier. She had to walk down to where the pizzas were anyway, but refused to serve us unless we went down to the other end. There was never a smile, or even a knowledge meant of us being a customer. If you’re that unhappy with your job, find some thing that makes you happy. But your attitude, and in attentive and surly response to paying customers is going to hurt the owner of this establishment.

The breakfast brioche sandwich states “served with breakfast potatoes” on the menu board. The person working handed me my food and it was only the sandwich. I asked about the breakfast potatoes and she said they were extra. I said no, it says on the menu item that they come with it. She said no, turned around and walked away. Absolute garbage.

Lasandra and Janilla, gave superb customer service at location C-13 Atlanta Airport.
My pizza was fresh and hot.
They went over and above to make sure I was satisfied with my selection.

Not a great slice of pizza. I ate one because I paid $8 but couldn’t eat the other. The dough was thicker than it should be for a NY style slice. Cheese did not taste good. Since they seem to just reheat pizza, my pizza was still cold. Drink selection was almost empty, just teas left. I feel bad for the staff to work in this type of environment.

Didn’t look great but bought cause it was cheap with no line.
Got a simple breakfast sandwhich for $8.50 sign advertises it WITH breakfast potatoes. They gave me the bag without the potatoes. When I asked for them they said the sign was wrong.
Disclose this to people BEFORE taking their money or sell what you advertised. That is unacceptable service.

Sandwhich was not worth $8.50
Better off going to Burger King at that price further up.

Asked for turkey sausage. 95% certain she just gave me regular sausage. Luckily it’s a preference and not a dietary thing.

0/10 not recommended. Spend your money on other overpriced airport food.

Airport pizza. While it was significantly overpriced, it wasn’t bad. A little doughy inside but a good flavor and decent crispness of the crust. Not especially well topped but hey, you can’t have everything when you’re serving up food super fast to people in a big rush.

On the plus side, the gal working this evening was polite and my slice was hot after spending a couple of minutes in the oven.

There’s a finite formula to making pizza that will sit until someone is ready to eat it, and then the five minute warm up begins. Basically this is a thin crust, oily pizza that is not only disgusting to your organs but tasty to the tongue. I get it. They’re not supposed to go hand in hand but the formula for pre cooked works. Can’t really knock it. The garlic knots are great without the sauce.

The crew at the ATL Airport worked together well! Friendly, fast, correct order and it was hot! I had the bacon, egg & cheese on a bagle breakfast sandwich. Delicious! Very short wait in line.
