I said it before & I’ll say it again, pacific veggie pizza is an absolute banger – delicious vegetarian option! Garlic bread twists, stuffed cheesy bread & cinnamon bread twists are amazing sides for when you wanna go all out which I usually do ;p

Phynix is still employed here after all these years of making absolutely awful pizza and the trend continues. I received yet another pizza with a pool of grease on the top middle and am now out $30 for inedible food. I’ve complained about this incompetent woman for years to corporate and they refuse to fire her.

I ordered my food for curbside pickup, and waited for almost 40 minutes until I went inside and my order was there. I saw on their counter that my order was just sitting there for 20 minutes.

The worst location I have ever visit. Staff are very rude, hate military member. I order a pizza waited for 20 mints went inside to check in, state that someone else take ur pizza and we making another for you. I strongly feel that they purposely didn’t even made, beacuse I didn’t see any driver is coming out. So I didn’t get the pizza instead ask for refunds.

Saturday night I stopped in to order 2 pizzas. Somehow the order got messed up and I received two of the same type of pizza. I had ordered two different ones. I went back the following day and talked to Cody, he said he would make it right. He then proceeded to make me a pizza to replace the one that was missed the night before. That act of great service made me a customer for life. Hats off to Cody!

Placed an order through the app. Went to pick it up and the lobby doors were locked. I saw people inside but figured they would eventually see me and unlock it or bring my order out. Waited in an over and didn’t get my order. They closed the store and so my friends and I just left. Called back the next day to see what had happened and was apparently talking to the general manager
She had an attitude right off the bat and just seemed annoyed I was calling and tried to argue with everything I said. She stated that the doors were unlocked the night I went but that was obviously not the cause when I tried to open them. She said she would call me back when the manager from last night came in but I’m still waiting on that call 3 weeks later. Horrible service and obviously anyone who works there doesn’t care. As seen with the night crew and especially the general manager.
