We haven’t been here in a bit , but I want to express that the service was excellent from when we walked in the host greeted us promptly and sat us down to our Young server Marisa.. Who was quick to get or drink order and offered us appetizers to start. Unfortunately we went straight to the Meal or which she quickly explained to us that it would be a better deal to upgrade to the All American Feast “more Bang For our Buck “ we are in the FB industry so we applaud her for that Good Job.. We spoke with the Manager on duty Martin and let him know about his young Server Marisa Doing a Fabulous job on up -selling … We are Definitely coming back sooner than later.. Thank you Marissa for your great Service

I had a wonderful experience with Izzy’s service. She took care of our table of 20 people and handled everything perfectly. Despite the large group, she made sure every order was correct and that everyone had what they needed. There were no issues at all, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Isabelle was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire time updating us on our meals while maintaining other tables. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and truly appreciate the excellent service she provided. Thank you Izzy!

We had a horrible experience during our last visit. My husband ordered wings with ranch and ate most of his meal. Toward the end, he realized there was a long hair in the ranch dressing. It was extremely disgusting and unacceptable. This completely ruined our experience, and it raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling. We were very disappointed and do not feel comfortable returning after this.

I just want to say Izzy was an absolutely amazing server!! She kept coming back constantly if we needed anything, full energy, and good personality. After long day of work it hit the spot!! The food was delicious, great atmosphere, and the delicious food came out quickly. We will be coming back to this location again!!

I had an excellent takeout experience with JADE!! I called ahead and was joyfully greeted by Jade over the phone. She repeated my order to make sure it was correct and stated the food should be ready in 1520 minutes. I was in the same property at the movie theater next door so getting to Famous Dave’s took less that a minute. I entered the after 7 minutes and Jade greeted me again with a happy attitude and smile. It was Friday night and the restaurant was busy. Jade checked on my order and said that my burger was almost done. I paid my bill and joked around with Jade for a second. By that time my order was ready and I was out the door with my takeout food in about 10 minutes on a busy Friday night! Jade was working hard at the takeout counter but still made me feel like a valued customer. She was attentive, friendly, funny, and made sure everything was just as I ordered. Kudos to the cook in the back that are cranking out delicious food. When I arrived home my burger was still warm and delicious! Thank you cooks and Jade!!

We had an amazing experience at Famous Dave’s, and a big part of that was our server, Jazmin. She was always attentive, friendly, and had a genuine smile on her face the entire time. She made sure everything was perfect and truly elevated our dining experience. It’s servers like her that make me want to come back and specifically request the same server again. I would absolutely recommend Famous Dave’s—and highly recommend Jazmin if you have the chance to be served by her!

Went for some good bbq but it wasn’t that great today. They were out of several selections but the only good thing was our great waitress who had a great attitude and was very attentive. Her name is Izzy and if you go please ask for her. We hope next time their food will taste better and have more options.

My wife placed an order for cornbread and when I arrived for my order, I was told that they were out of cornbread and if I could wait twenty minutes for the next batch? I asked three times on the status of the cornbread and I was told the same thing that they were waiting for the next batch. I waited for more than an hour for cornbread and to get home to this? All dry and no flavor. Great presentation too. We were told by the girl at pick up that the manager would call us back and we never received a phone call from the manager. Not the first time this happens. Bad management service.
