I ordered food to go tonight. I showed up to pick it up and stood and waited for someone to come over so I could get my food and pay. I waited for 10 minutes before someone came out. There were also 2 people in front of me so I have no idea how long they were waiting. When someone finally came out they looked at us and just said “Oh”. My food had been sitting on the counter the entire time I was waiting so it was cold by the time I got home. My sandwich was also missing all of its toppings and sauce. I can understand that places are short staffed but this is ridiculous. Raise your wages so you can actually keep people or hire new.

We stopped in and had a late lunch,,, OMGOODNESS!! Absolutely awesome, from the time we walked in ,we were greeted with a smile, seated promptly and ordered right away,, our app was hot and served with a smile. Our main dishes came shortly after,,, I had a lunch combo, RIB TIPS & CHICKEN STRIPS,, both were amazing, my Husband had the RIB N CHICKEN COMBO and it was also excellent,,didn’t save room for dessert, actually had enough food left over fir a cpl more meals.
Before paying our bill, the store manager Mike)stopped out twice to check and make sure everything was to our satisfaction,,, 10 out of 10 stars!! Will definitely go back.

Found my new favorite happy hour spot. The value here is unbeatable: we had $6 wings, a $5 burger, and $4 beef tips, all of which exceeded expectations. The portions are substantial, and the wings were perfectly prepared—easily the best I’ve had in recent memory. A huge shoutout to Katie for the top-tier service. If you’re looking for a true deal that doesn’t skimp on quality, this is it.

I’ve been to many restaurants and I’ve seen a lot of different Famous Dave’s but the one in Onalaska is doing an upstanding fine job I appreciate all the workers there and definitely will be going back with my family again. Yum! We were excited to go to Famous Dave’s as we don’t have one near our house. It was a Friday night and around 6pm, we got a table within 15 minutes. The food was delicious, came out fast, and prices were very reasonable. Definitely recommend checking them out. Plus, our server Kayla was very nice and friendly too.

Stopped off of 90 for lunch and smelled the smoke! Needed immediate brisket satisfaction or else. The navigator parked the RV as I went in to order. Take out no call ahead and it took about 12 minutes. Not bad. The burnt ends appetizer was good, the onions they gave with it weren’t so crispy or my choice anyways so not harm there. The Sassy BBQ salad raised the moral of the navigator while the might mini passengers smashed the ribs and corn dogs. I had the brisket sandwich and thought it was good. Nothing crazy or overwhelming but good. The pickles were the most unique flavor I’ve had. They had an after taste of coleslaw and I liked it, but wasn’t ready for it. No disappointments here and you can expect what you would from any Famous Dave’s. That smoke!!!!

Had the 3 meat trio with chicken, burnt ends and Jalepeňo cheddar sausage. It was delicious and all for a reasonable price. Nice staff.
I went back to take advantage of a great offer and got the baby back ribs with sweet Korean heat sauce, burnt ends, and pulled pork. Very delicious!
