I went inside and ordered 3 items for $17. Cold comfort knowing that I would have gotten one item for the same price at Chipotle.
I only modified one item – a simple request, no onions on my steak tacos.
Also, my cantina chicken quesadilla was cut into uneven slices.
I’m a meritocrat at heart. Others will have earned my money.

We put in a mobile order with driver through pickup. Waited 45 minutes in the line for food. It was late so there wasn’t many other options and we had already paid. The food was warm when we got it, but it was very lean on meat. The only acknowledgement of the wait was a, “sorry for the wait” at the speaker…only for us to have to wait even more. Best use the time to drive to a different location, I would not go back to this one.

Ordered two soft tacos and a bean burrito after leaving work at 9pm. Get to the place, its busy sp I understand some wait. But to tell you it took me all of 50 minutes to get my food, I was not happy. What is the point of ordering online and getting an time to pick up, if that time is completely wrong. Give these locations the ability to cancel the order too. At that point, I wanted to just leave and go somewhere else. But instead I waited almost an hour for sub par food that wasnt even made the way I customized it in the app. And Im I about to go back in there and wait who knows how long to get it fixed?

Never have ever been so upset with people in my life. They made us hand our food back because we were “lying” and they were convinced they put it in there. They were trying to rush us and when we left they said “good job”, in a degrading way. Maybe it’s because my siblings are black but whatever the reason was, this was not necessary. I am very disappointed

Josh Williams!!! That’s all I’m gonna say.. Absolutely the nicest Taco Bell employee I’ve ever met. Offered to custom make our food just exceptional customer service. Give this man a raise!!

I don’t understand how it always takes so long. It’s the only place open when I get off work so unfortunately I keep coming, but why does a 5 car drive thru always take 30+ minutes? There’s always a line at night, and I’m starting to realize it’s not cuz they’re busy, it’s cuz they’re so slow. On top of this my food is wrong half the time. You’d think if they were taking their time that much, they’d at least be accurate.

Went in to pick up an order and the other customers were complaining about a hair in their food. Showed me and the employees, all they did was remake it. No one was wearing hair nets or gloves even. Kinda disgusting. The drive thru was backed up to the road and the employees were laughing and using their cell phones. I waited over 20 minites and I threw out everything I ordered. Waste of money.

Yes, my food was a little cold. All my shelves from my tacos were stale, but I can handle all that the worst thing ever is the lady that is working in the drive-through has the most annoying voice I have ever heard in my life.

Well it’s taco bell so it’s taco bell. Burritos were kinda skimpy and we had to wait a bit in drive thru but it was very busy in their defense. Polite and friendly though. Wasn’t a bad experience.

Have to say this was the best Taco Bell around. Excellent environment and customer service was out of this world.
