If you like home-style cooking, this is the place for you. I ordered a vegetable plate for my Mom and tenders & fries for myself. There was enough in her tray for 3 meals! And enough chicken & fries to feed two! My tenders were from hand-battered and sooo crispy! I also appreciate that nothing is heavily salted. If you’ve never eaten here, you owe it to yourself to give it a try:)

This place was a accidental find, but my wife and I are glad we did! Their cheese burger is one of the best in Cherryville and their fried chicken tender sandwich is the bomb! The staff are as good as gold and they make the experience of eating here even better! If you are 8n Cherryville, NC you got to go to FCO! If you don’t, you missing out on something awesome!

My husband and I were very disappointed in our food. the green beans were sweetened with cane sugar and the squash casserole tasted like it was made the day before and was a leftover. It had soggy ruffle potato chips for the topping. I was also given a hamburger bun as a dinner roll with my vegetable plate. When we were asked if everything was alright I brought my issues up to the waitress, but nothing was said or no replacement was offered or discount. We just know we wont be returning.

The Family CarryOut is a gem of a restaurant. The Food is fresh. The best burgers and hot dogs in Cherryville. I am willing to say the best in Gaston County. Their daily specials are not only delicious but reasonably priced. The staff is warm and friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food is fantastic. I recommend The Brody Burger. Open 11 AM- 7 PM Monday- Friday and this is my favorite go to place to eat in Cherryville and I have never had an issue. The food is always tastes great.
