We got the nachos, fajitas and steak tacos. All amazing and very generous portions. Authentic meals. The salsa is AMAZING! Love the guacamole & queso. Margaritas were yummy! The owners, Miguel & Jenny were so welcoming and kind! All of the staff we had met were really nice. Great location. Cool inside and the music was fun. We will definitely go back. Highly recommend Fajitas, Tapas & Bar!

A friend and I went here for a “mom’s night out.” We both ordered fajitas. I had the vegetarian and she had the blue cheese. We were both happy with our choices. The server was very attentive and friendly. The space was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend giving Fajitas, Tapas and Bar a try if you are in the Middleton area.

I went to Fajitas,Tapas & Bar on a night they shared samples the food was delicious it truly was an amazing experience. The service was great and the atmosphere was beautiful the music was perfect. The chips and dip was fabulous made there at the restaurant with the authentic salsa sauce. I can’t get enough. My kids and I try to go every week❤️ Oh and the price is right, and the serving size is generous ❤️

We wanted to go to this restaurant based on its location and its reviews, I think it was miss judged with the reviews. Menu was hard to read, food is overpriced. We start out with an appetizer chips and salsa. The salsa had no chunks and the w you got to be satisfied as basically just the juice.

The service was good and everyone was friendly but the food was very average. Chips and salsa felt grocery store bought. Seems like a bar which also serves food rather than a restaurant. Not vegetarian friendly.

We went there on a whim on a Monday at 7pm not even knowing the name of the place. We had to ask. We thought that Fajitas, Tapas and Bar was what they offered, NOT the name. Anyway, it was freezing cold, even the booth seat was cold. My husband was even cold and that never happens. He did say that the bathroom was nice and warm. We were the only ones there for a while and then a few others joined. Chips and Salsa are on the menu, not complimentary. We had chips and cheese and added salsa. All homemade they stated. It was delish. I loved the salsa (I make my own so I am picky). Whatever cheese sauce it was, it too was delicious but runny like water. That was a bummer. So it was a delicious cheese soup. Free chip refills were honored. I had a lettuce salad with chicken, avocado and fajita veggies on it that were uncooked. I thought they would be cooked fajita veggies – I love that flavor. The veggies and lettuce were very fresh and crunchy though and the avocado was perfect and plenty. I would have loved a few tomatoes since the veggies weren’t cooked. It did not come with any dressing. I had to ask for salsa which was the only dressing option. I’m glad I loved the salsa. It was like $11. Hubby got an enchilada which seemed like a really small portion (two small enchiladas) for $10. It was pretty tasty but tasted like more. It was such a small portion, more would have been better for an added cost and it would have presented better. Such a small plate it seemed. He would have never been satiated without the chips and my leftovers. We both had water but they had a Watermelon Margarita special I would have loved to try – $3 off. No drinking on a Monday, that’s why Mondays suck. Overall a very nice experience but not worthy of a repeat visit from us. I grew up in the family bar and restaurant business so I hope to be helpful and thorough with reviews, and always honest. Enjoy!
