I love that Bedford now has a permanent brunch spot! And great hours. Brunch is available until dinner service. I think around 4. Food was good. Chairs could be a little more comfortable. I know the metal chairs are a popular look right now with the rustic farmhouse feel. But they’re not my favorite restaurant seat. There was soft classical music playing in the background. I feel like this is probably what they play during dinner service too, which looks fairly upscale. I think they could do something a little more fun for the more casual brunch menu. Service was friendly and quick.

I went for lunch today. The interior was open and airy. The tables were nicely set. The waitress told me to sit anywhere. She poured me water before asking me what I wanted to drink. The menu does not have a list of beverages. I asked about soda. She said the drink machine was out. Over looking the menu, it was limited. It did have a variety. Some of the items were pricy. The menu did not have dessert listed. I have been to France and have eaten there. I did not see any of that reflective in the food. After I ordered, it was along time before I received my meal. I got the Chicken Marsala. It had 4 pieces of asparagus and something like a couscous. It was very good. The meal did not come with a side salad or dinner rolls. It’s advertised with a bakery, there is nothing there of bakery items and the waitress did not say about it. The waitress was stand offish. She wasn’t very friendly. There is on Street parking.

Edited review… First experience was excellent. “Really nice restaurant. I loved… LOVED… The French onion soup. And the sandwich was really good, too. Nice atmosphere and friendly wait personnel.”
Second visit not so much. Just mediocre. The sandwich roll was stale and the soup just wasn’t as good. I’m not sure why the difference. It was just a week later. Maybe I’ll try it one more time because I hate to leave a review that isn’t so great.

I love evoke and everything about it. I get that comfy cozy feel with great high quality ingredients unlike other restaurants I’ve been too. Evoke’s menu has something for everyone and a variety of dietary options such as vegan and gluten free which is important to my family! Service was super friendly and quick! You won’t be disappointed if you come here to eat. Their food, prices, and service make for a wonderful experience in Bedford!

I stopped in today for lunch with no expectations. As soon as I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with smiles and friendly faces. The team was very knowledge about the menu and eager to help out with recommendations, and said the Monte Cristo was a crowd favorite. I ordered and the plate that was served was an eye-pleaser and hot! The Monte Cristo had loads of flavor and the components complimented everything that was featured. I ordered the fresh cut fries over the asparagus and was offered a trio of aioli’s that were all different and delicious. Throughout my entire visit the girls were very attentive to all of my needs, without being overbearing. The coffee was also out of this world! I would highly recommend evoke to anyone who appreciates great food, great service, and just an all around great experience. Evoke really is for anyone.
