What a wonderful evening at Evo. Great Italian restaurant in Tequesta Fla with very good service and fantastic food . I have read many of the reviews and decided to try to get in on a Tuesday evening. Luckily was able to be seated at the bar with Ashley as our server and we had wonderful experience. I had the squash blossoms as an appetizer and the pasta bolagnase as the main course . AMAZING . Can’t wait to return .

It was our first time dining at Evo Italian. I celebrated my birthday there and had an amazing experience! Austin was our waiter and was professional, kind and very attentive. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. I was treated to a special dessert with a sparkling candle! Every person that we interacted with was very attentive and professional. I came here to celebrate my birthday with friends, and it could not have been more perfect! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a true birthday princess. The atmosphere was absolutely incredible—so warm, welcoming, and full of good energy.
The entire staff went above and beyond, showering me with compliments and making me feel so special. Our amazing server, Troy, truly made the night unforgettable. He treated us like royalty from beginning to end, from popping open a bottle of sparkling wine to giving us the best recommendations on food and drinks.
As always, the food was out of this world. The 35-day aged ribeye steak is hands down my favorite—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and absolutely worth it. And to top it all off, I was surprised with the sweetest ending: a decadent tiramisu, complete with sparklers!
Thank you to everyone for making my birthday such a memorable night. This place always delivers, but this time, it was truly one for the books!

We dined at Evo last night as our friends recommended it to us. We were delighted with our experience. The service was top notch and our server Daniel was a pleasure. The food was delicious! We had the arugula salad with watermelon to start which was wonderful and we then enjoyed the veal parmigiana and fettuccine pasta. Lastly we wrapped it up with the lady finger cream dessert with strawberries, divine! Needless to say we will be back.

We kicked things off with the lobster bruschetta, and let me tell you, it was outstanding. Sweet, buttery lobster on perfectly crisp bread? Yes, please. For the main course, we went with the snapper francese. It was light, well-cooked, and flavorful. Maybe not life-changing, but still a solid, enjoyable dish.
Then came the surprise star: the ladyfinger dessert. Unique, delicious, and the perfect sweet finish to the night.
The vibe here is infectious. It is laid-back but full of energy, and the service really made it special. We will definitely be back for round two!

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely Valentines Day dinner at EVO…. It could not have gone better! The food, including salad, appetizer, entree as well as dessert was delicious! The service, provided by Domenick and his assistant Parker, was top notch! We highly recommend EVO to all.

Best meatballs ever! Caesar salad delicious as well as the bread. Shrimp Parmesan little underwhelming as shrimps too small. Bolognese delicious. Incredible brownie for dessert.
Atmosphere lacking big time. No music at all. Some nice Italian favorites would be nice. Tables way too close. Very noisy. No atmosphere at all.

It was our first time at EVO, and we loved everything about it. We were greeted by the hostess and seated immediately even though we were early. Once at the table we were asked what water we would like to drink, we chose pellegrino . Then our waiter Andrew came over and asked about our cocktail choice , when my wife wasn’t sure he said he would be back giving us time. No time during the evening were we rushed. We choose two appetizers, Nancy’s meatballs, and Eggplant stack. Both were excellent. Again Andrew gave us time to decide on our main course. My wife had the Orecchiete, and I had the Gnocchi. Both were excellent and served piping hot, which was great. We had the Italian cheesecake and since we’re celebrating our anniversary, it was served with a sparkler on top. One negative I would say is Imasked for an espresso with sambuca, a pet peeve of mine is that the sambuca should be brought out before the espresso. Since the sambuca will cool down the espresso if it’s delivered first it will get cool waiting for the sambuca. But setting that aside, I would recommend EVO and intend on going back , it’s outstanding .

Evo is the best Italian restaurant in Palm Beach county. The appetizers, our entree’s, everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress Sam, was incredibly attentive, and the whole staff made the experience even better. I would go back every time I visit Florida!
