This was honestly gross. Everything tasted old and stale, like it had been sitting around way too long. The fries were soggy, the burger had no freshness, and nothing tasted like it was made recently. Definitely not what I expect from Carl’s Jr.

Order an El Diablo combo and churro shake, jalapeño poppers and onion rings. The churro shake was very good. The onion rings were all falling apart but still tasty. And the combo and the jalapeño poppers were for someone else.

The hand – scooped ice cream shake , after waiting 2 weeks to try it , was , for me ” A BIG BUST ” . And it was a real hassle to get it after we arrived in store . Terrible front service. The young person who took my order seemed absent as if taking my order was a bother. And got my order wrong twice I had to go back inside for a missing item I was charged for. Do not recommend going in anytime on Sundays before five.

Person taking orders had to have things repeated several times. Acted inconvenienced when I had to request a receipt. Fries were soggy and when I request the burger be remade because it was served cold it took them so long the rest of my party was finished before I got edible food.

Cashier was friendly and courteous. And despite all the customizations, he was on point, got every part correctly. Excellent hamburgers, kudos to the people in the back taking such care. Clean restaurant, great food, excellent value.
