This local deli restaurant has the best delicatessen west of Time Square and delicious hot meals as well. The corn beef is delicious and will even be served lean if you ask. Pastrami and Turkey are my favorites as well. The servings are generous and the salads are homemade and the coleslaw is incredible. This is one of the last Hofbraus left in the Bay Area, they have been disappearing each year. I am so glad this one is still around, because they make the world’s best Reuben sandwich. It is the best I have ever had, and I can’t imagine how it could be made better. Sandwiches are serious business in my opinion, and there are lots of them that I just will not buy, because I can make it better at home. I can’t make a better Reuben then Europa does. I can’t cook corned beef as good as they do, the slices fall right apart, they are not dry, but not all fat either. The. taste use amazing, and they will give you lean cuts if you ask. They have Turkey, and roast beef, and they do a Thanksgiving sandwich also. Sometimes it is hard for me to decide if I want the Thanksgiving sandwich, or the Reuben. I usually get both when this happens. They have lots of sides, and specialty dishes like veal scallopini. Several homemade looking deserts also.

20$ chicken sandwich….for a 10$ chicken sandwich. Maybe jus take that off the menu? So many other good choices on the menu idk why they would put something on there they can royally screw up that bad. Sorry Europa I can’t come back- took one bite and instantly wish I went to Panda Express. If you do go here…don’t get a sandwich apparently just get what looks good when you walk in? Bbq sauce out of a jar, frozen fries straight to drier no batter comes out soggy every time straight from the frier, chef, and it wasn’t worth 20$ not even close. Maybe put effort into designing a sandwich that doesn’t take 3 minutes…or don’t rip people off just because you’re in Moraga. Not a 20$ chicken sandwich, chef.

Food is pretty unique and service is very fast. Definitely worth the price. The pastrami was our favorite, we highly recommend. Service was great, they accidentally dropped our bread on the counter and it was replaced. This place has a very different vibe from the rest of Orinda, in a good way.
