I was very happy and pleased with Espranza Tex-Mex restaurant in Marlow Oklahoma, especially with their food and helpful service as well.
Great restaurant in Marlow!

I was pleasantly surprised! The supreme nachos had a lot of flavor in their ground beef. The white queso added something to the nachos and the flautas. The flautas had a good amount of chicken in them – couldn’t finish em. All dishes were reasonably priced. If I lived in town this would be a weekly meal.

This was one of my favorite restaurants. But last night, I called to order a take-out meal, and received rudeness. I couldn’t believe it! So I just said… “Sorry, just forget it”, and hung up. I was literally shocked. I don’t know if I’ll be going back anymore. And that’s very sad. Thank you.

This is a hole in the wall restaurant. Food doesn’t impress me, but the customers are. Saw the next table, young family. when their kid got fuzzy, the server brought toys to the kid. When they left. they not only left toys on the table but also gathered all the dishes for the server easy to carry. Friendly customers in this small community.

Friends have been recommending this restaurant to me for years. One night on my trip home from Norman, I decided to stop for some dinner at la Esperanza. I ordered a dish that came with a tamale, because I’ve been craving tamales. I knew it was far more food than I could eat, but I also knew that it would be a meal for the next day. I switched out the cheese enchilada for a second tamale, and the rest of the meal consisted of a beef burrito, and a chicken enchilada. The chicken enchilada was delicious, the chicken was tender and tasty. The beef burrito was delicious as well, the ground beef was perfectly spiced. The tamales, the focus of my visit, were okay. Both tamales only had pork in one half of the tamale. It was thick masa, and part of it was nothing but masa. Maybe they were in a rush. I’m willing to cut them slack, because the other food was remarkable compared to many Mexican restaurants. I’ll visit here again, I’ll just not order the tamales!

Authentic Mexican food and great service in a small town. Lunch buffet has everything you would want at a reasonable price or you can order off their extensive menu. Go Outlaws!!

Every time I come it is great service but I hate to say the food is always bad. Got 2 tacos crunchy was soggy. But I wasn’t hating on that part the chicken nachos I got just only had shredded chicken and cheese. They smeared sour cream and guac on it. No beans no pico no nothing and bought a large and the portion was as small as a personal pan pizza.

Everything was good and the service was OK. We would go back. My perception is somewhat marred by the bratty toddler whose parents allowed disruptive behavior. It was after 8 pm so I expected a quiet dining experience.

Enjoyed the queso blanco along with the nacho surpreme with ground beef with an unsweet tea and lemon on the side. Wonderfully peppered, a touch salty. The sopapilla was tasty. Clean establishment and polite staff.
