Love this McDonald’s. Order is usually right and the staff is nice and friendly. But, not sure what’s going on with the Steak Bagel… for the price, it seems like you get more egg and cheese, and not steak. My bagel usually looks like the picture. I know it’s hard to see, but it’s like 1/2 of the bagel. It looks nothing like the online menu bagel. Sometimes the bagel isn’t even toasted. Still my favorite breakfast meal, but for $11 plus dollars depending on the drink and size, is it worth it???

I’ve been in there when employees have been fighting and screaming and cursing, I’ve been in there when it looks like everything is running smoothly and I end up having to wait 20 minutes for my food because it was just sitting on the counter and nobody bothered to hand it to me, I’ve been fussed out by the manager for ordering food on the kiosk when they were out of it, Even though it was still available for purchase on the kiosk. A year ago this was the best McDonald’s in town, now it’s by far the worst.

I’m not usually one to leave a review, but this was a terrible experience. Unfortunately we stopped at this McDonalds for iced coffee and some breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the coffee black with cream on the side like always and when I added a cream to the coffee there was a cockroach floating. The cream made him stick out since black coffee wouldn’t show him. Truly a terrible experience. McDonald’s iced coffees are my go to but I may not ever look at them the same unfortunately. I wasn’t in the mood to grab a photo or turn around, a new coffee wouldn’t have fixed this. Don’t eat here.

Very busy because it’s near interstate. Burger and fries were good. First drink I tried didn’t have syrup, second didn’t have carbonation, was virtually flat, third try came from behind the counter, carbonation was there but syrup was hardly there so I just gave up at that point…sigh

The burgers were cold, the fries were clearly cooked in old grease, and the nuggets were far from crispy — they tasted undercooked and rushed. This experience reminded me exactly why I typically avoid McDonald’s.
It’s been six years since I originally reviewed this location, and as of 5/4/2025, I’m sad to say nothing has improved. The food is still terrible, and the pricing feels like a ripoff for what’s being served.
One employee in particular was rude, and the overall attitude and competence of the team working that evening left a lot to be desired. McDonald’s should truly reconsider how this location reflects on its brand.
My total time in the drive-thru? 37 minutes. And after all that, I didn’t even feel comfortable eating the food I received. The poor customer service — including an argument over missing or incorrect items — sealed that decision.
When I mentioned that the fries were half full and soggy, instead of correcting the mistake, the employee argued and insisted she had just seen me in the drive-thru. Exactly — that would’ve been the *second* time, because the order wasn’t right the *first* time.
A frustrating and disappointing visit from start to finish.

Worst mcdonalds ever I’m in the drive through and the guy spilled something all over my hands
you could see the drink was flat and I just didn’t even wanna bother I could pay 5 more bucks and get a nice and fast meal somewhere else.. so I ask for a refund the manager at 10pm proceeds to try to force me to take the food and go told me he won’t give a refund. Then went to im gonna call the police. Then after I said man all I want is a refund he’s like come inside. Come inside for what just give me my money back?? So I went around to check the door and it was locked just as I figured.

Worst McDonald’s experience ever. NEVER GOT MY FOOD. Paid at kiosk because nobody at the register. Kiosk didn’t provide a printout so had NO IDEA what my order number was. Food never came out after about 25 minutes of waiting while others who arrived after me got their food. Asked about it twice. First time was told it’s, “on its way.” Second time, “I don’t know which order it is because we have so many orders.” Do yourself a favor and consider avoiding at all costs.

Waited forever to get a big Mac and med fries after ordering through the kiosk. 20 mins while they pumped out the drive thru and ignored diners. Fries were hot, no salt but fresh hot. Big mac…ice cold. This is the second time the burgers were cold like ac chilled. HOW…your pumping food out the drive thru like mad. My guess is my meal sat there in the bag for over 20 mins.

You could get your food faster at a sit down restaurant than here and eat it quicker than here because it’ll be wrong and have to be “corrected” and that’s IF they remember. Nothing was hot. Nothing was “dropped”. and instead of onions being on the McRib they put random fry bits????
I have never seen a kitchen crew move with less sense of urgency. With a waiting room full of people waiting 30+ minutes for food, they were literally leaning on walls and equipment. One guy was walking around with a jacket over his shoulder rubbing it’s zipper.

The absolute worth service i’ve ever had. I’m looking at my order With my name on it. It took them more than ten minutes for them to even acknowledge me standing at the counter. When I finally asked , may I have my older please, I was told they will get to it when they get to it.
