Ordered pizza tonight and it was awful! This place used to be the best in Louisville, but not any more. Crust was paper thin, very little sauce, cheese was non-existent. Over cooked and rubbery. Last order they’re getting from us.

I’ve been ordering from here for the past 15years. Was some of the best pizza around. I highly recommended them to everyone. However, for the past two -three years it has been hit or miss, and more misses than hits. Some pizzas I have ate one piece and threw the rest in the trash, like I did today, due to an excessive amount of salt in the sauce. For awhile I switched to a garlic sauce when I ordered. After that I started just buying their dough and making my own pizzas and such. Two or three weeks ago I ordered a pizza with light red sauce ,extra cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms. Hands down it was a great pizza and in-line with expectations. So much, I thought I had wrote a great review for them,but cannot seem to find it here today. Today I ordered light sauce, extra cheese, pepperoni and Bana peppers on half. It was over cooked, had a regular amount of extremely salty sauce, no extra cheese. I am highly disappointed and will have to take another extended break from ordering from here. I don’t know what has happened there or why it is so inconsistent, but I am tired of throwing my money away. If I wanted to gamble my money away I would go to the casino. Get your game together Ermano’s. Please!!!
