Entree Express is a locally owned and operated restaurant delivery service that delivers meals from your favorite restaurants to your home, office, or hotel room. There is a $9 delivery charge per restaurant. No hidden or misleading fees are ever charged by Entree Express, only a delivery fee! A gratuity for your driver is appreciated, please consider their efforts. Orders can be placed through our website, our app, or directly with the restaurant by phone. All of our staff have active California Food Handler certifications.

Entree Express is the only food delivery service I will use in Chico.. I wish more dining options were available but those that are, are local and provide great menu options. I have ordered dozens of times over the last two years and only had two incorrect orders- both times were resolved to my satisfaction. I am a huge fan!

It’s slower than other services, doesn’t have it’s own app, and seems to force restaurants to use it? I’m confused as to what benefit this offers restaurants that only use this service since the delivery fee is ridiculous at 9$ so I don’t see many college students using this. It also has a very small selection of restaurants, only reason to use it is if you want something like smokin mos delivered but even then theres a 10$ flat charge for delivery. This looks bad on every resteraunt purely using this for deliveries too, since i’ll likely never eat at smoking mos again. Does nothing better than competitors at a higher price…

They do a phenomenal job and I allow for special requests on every restaurant, other competitors don’t allow special requests for a lot of the popular fast food chains. I do have 1 small complaint and that’s the difficult process to change the name on my account. I’ve called 2 separate occasions and both times said they would update the name on the account. This hasn’t been fixed yet but even with that I believe they deserve the 5 star review.

The delivery staff is professional and top-notch. They are versed in the menus of the different restaurants in Chico and are very attentive to your order, making sure that you get everything needed to have a complete meal delivery. And, best of all, they’re a local business!
