It was a very fun experience! We went on Saturday at 7, so there wasn’t much of a crowd. The waitresses were timely and very polite. The drinks were slightly pricey for college students, but were good. Accessing YouTube was a $10 fee/hrs or so. However, they had a good collection of songs otherwise. Overall a very fun experience and would go again.

The spot is definitely a vibe. We gotta room with the karaoke setup and it was cool. The waitresses/bottle girls were dressed nicely. The only issue we had was toward the end of our session (which ended at 12:30) the waitresses/bottle girls weren’t responding to the call button and my food that was ordered around 1030 wasn’t even cooked till around 1130. Other than that it was cool.

DO NOT COME HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE! They charged extra 30% gratuity on top our bill without telling any of us. The bill ended up being more than $600. When I attempted to talk to the old woman server, she just walked away. I didn’t sign anything but they still charged me. What a joke. TIME TO DISPUTE.

The blueberry mint hookah is not good super minty!! I asked the girl (Fiona) if we can change it cause it was not good. She stated maybe next time order blue mist instead of just changing it cause we were unhappy. I would not recommend getting a hookah here

The facility gets a 3 star….they were nice but I don’t think they were prepared for such a large crowd and it was hard to use their machine since it’s Asian based and no thanks on the food. The establishment is clean and beautiful as well…..howeverrrrrr…..that DJ got them the additional star!!! He was awesome and was able to cater to the mixed crowd.

Nice spot but horrible service! Reserved a space only for them to charge us more towards the end. Asked for to go plates only for them to throw everything in the trash. When I asked why did they throw it away they said I’m sorry things happen!!!! Atleast 30 wings were threw in the trash can in which we paid for!! I will not recommend any one to come here for a party!!

Encore KTV Lounge is a great place to be. Not only did they surprise me with the food they served, the customer service was something to behold. My friends and I had the pleasure of meeting Yukki, a very high energetic and fun person to be around. I went to the establishment for a birthday party and she made sure he was having a great time! Yukki also made it easier for our group to decide what alcohol and what to order for our stay. Would definitely come back for another great experience!

Went for my first time, wasn’t as busy as i thought it would be on a Saturday, but i still had a really funtime. Everyone who worked there was really nice and helpful. The facility was very clean with comfy seating. The music was great and after the awesome drinks kicked in i had to start dancing! Definitely want to go again. I went solo because all my friends were busy and still had an awesome time, and i think that means something!
