very bad service! Today 6/17/2013 we all the way from Fremont to this place with my old parents and grand baby tol of 7, wait for almost 1 hour and didn’t get seat, I saw they had friends of 7 get ahead of us and got the table. I asked for manager, the waiter pretended to call but in fact the manager 熊伟民 Xiong Wei Min is in front of us. The manager not only didn’t handle the situation, he wanted us to wait another 30 mins and the hostess not gave us the seat. Very rude to customer!!

Ordered bean curd dish from their vegetarian menu. They sent chicken instead. Called them to rectify, they simply said it was GrubHub’s fault and didn’t even offer an apology for the mishap. I suggest they update the menus to reflect what they have instead of sending incorrect meals. Will not order from here again!!

Food isn’t all that good. The fry rice is so tough, I feel like its coated with cement (it’s really tough). The chicken & brocolli is a hit or miss; some days it’s good, other days its soggy. However, I will say the food is better than You You. You could probably do better at home yourself with YouTube.

Horrible service, I called to let them know they forgot something in my order that I was charged for and the lady hung up the phone before I could say anything. I did I placed an order for delivery and she said “No delivery” and hung up. I called back to say I just wanted the rice that I was charged for. She then proceeds to yell at me and tell me I’m wrong. When I have the receipt in my hand and see the charge on the receipt and my bank account. I will never order from here again. She was very rude and disrespectful for no reason.

Our usual Chinese place is closed on Mondays, so we went with this one. I took a bite or two of my food before my husband got to his. It was tasteless but kind of serviceable because I was starving. My husband got his beef lo mein and the beef was half cooked at best. All of it was pink in lots of spots. It was disgusting. We got it through door dash thankfully, and they refunded our money. Definitely not going there again.

The lady taking the order was extremely rude and treated the customer horribly. I recommended their restaurant to a friend who is visiting from.another country and when I was told how poorly she was treated by the lady at the counter I was embarrassed not only by the lady’s obvious racism toward my friend but the order wasn’t even made correctly. I will never ever recommend another person to that establishment nor will I my family members or friends ever order anything from there.

Have been going here for a while, and this place has overcharged me in the past, i let it go… But today they did it again.. and im never going back. Be careful if they dont ask you what size which they should ..they will automatically assume u want large.if its lunchtime they wont mention the lunch combo which i think its pretty obvious if im ordering something 3 hrs before the lunch special ends to charge me the lunch combo price. Nope.. the lady behind the counter is a sneaky hustler. They will overcharge every chance they get and hope you dont notice. Which is sad because some of the food is really good. But not for the price you pay after they sneak in a couple dollars here and there on everything u order. Goodluck…

Had a craving for orange chicken. I asked for not spicy and it was pretty spicy but still good. Delivery took well over an hour and they said they called me to process my card but I never got a call (phone was next to me the whole time) and they had my number correct on my order so they took an imprint of my card at the door. Overall I would get food from there again but probably not delivery, takes too long.
