I have tried Chinese food from different restaurants on Staten Island. But Emperor’s House; a family-run business happens to be the best place for Chinese delicacies on Staten island. The staff is nice and they would run an extra mile to help you place the order. They do delivery too but within a limited radius.

We have been customers here for many years. They always answer the phone and delivery / pick up times are fast and my orders are always accurate. Lately I have noticed that flavor hasn’t been on point, particularly the fried rice. I have been needing to season and reheating the pork fried rice especially. Maybe I just prefer my food a little on the saltier side and with extra garlic too. But a bit more seasoning could go a long way. Generally, very consistent service and they always will have my business.

Below average Chinese food. Boneless ribs were very dry. Chicken and broccoli with white rice was okay. General Tso chicken didn’t taste fresh and the pork fried rice barely had any pork in it. The house special Lo mein was decent.

Hands down the best shrimp, broccoli and white rice I’ve tasted on Staten Island in a very long time. Their customer service is great, their delivery person is nice, just an overall superb experience. Highly satisfied!!!!

Randomly decided to try their food one day because the place I would go to was becoming nasty. Glad I did their food is really good , fresh and the cook with clean oil! Pricy but worth it.

Good place food is good, but it seems like they don’t understand English. Because I have ordered from them several times very little onions in my meal and sometimes it even looks like they put double the amount. They only have one person answering the phone, and when the other phone rings they say hold and while you’re on hold you hear a lot of screaming in Chinese. They need to get someone who speaks good English.
