We decided to dine in after we gambled like we usually do & had terrible service. The waiter brought us watered down lemonade. She did change it, took our order, but never came back. We waited over 35 mins & finally our food was done. Not sure what happened with our original waiter but she wasn’t seen again. A couple next to us came in after & also waited just about the same amount of time. In the end a manager was to get us our ticket & said they were figuring something out for the long wait. The couple next to us didn’t have to pay their tab but the only thing offered to us was a cheesecake. This will be the last time we dine there!!

1st time in years…. I ordered medium well, I got medium well. One of the best ribeyes I’ve had. The whole meal was exceptional!! It was no fluke!! My husband’s was the same… Thank You Embers, for the fantastic food… we will be back

Was looking forward to trying the food; had read good things. Then menu is small, but varied, reasonable prices. My son and I both ordered the steak. It was cooked as ordered but the amount of seasoning, SALT, to be specific was absolutely overpowering, almost unbearable. I took 3 bites, working into the center, hoping it was just the edges that were bad. No, not the case. It would have had decent flavor without the salt. My son, who I have never heard say something was too salty also agreed it was overpowering. I was hoping to have it replaced but our server didn’t come back to check on us for about 10-15 minutes. She had 3 tables of 2 people, one which was sitting directly behind us. I ate my sides, waiting. Finally, after getting something for the booth behind us, I made eye contact, so she stopped at our table. I told her the steak was way too salty. Her response? Do you want to speak to the manager? Well no, I would prefer a new steak, but i could see that wouldn’t happen. If she needs a master’s permission, then SHE should have addressed it with him/her. I didn’t want to turn it into a major issue. I then had to ask for refills for our long-empty drinks before she left. Never came back to fill them again until we were almost finished eating. This seems to be a service problem with our server. I will try it again, but not the steak. I’m mad at myself for tipping 20 percent. She didn’t deserve it. Also, I only took three small bites from my steak, not like I ate most of it then complained

Had a horrible experience there this past weekend. Waited 20 minutes tor someone to come over and take a to go order. Waited another 30 minutes for the food to get ready simple order soup, salad and fish n chips. Finally received the order and it was incorrect had to wait another 10 minutes for the fries that were supposed to go with the fish. The sad part is at the time we went there was hardly anybody in the restaurant so they can’t blame it on being packed.

Service here was great. However food here was bland. The mozzarella sticks had no taste. The Turkey Avocado club had no taste. Overall food is just not good here.
