Stephanie and Jada at Ellianos Coffee are truly something special. From day one, they knew my name and made me feel like more than just another customer. They open up super early so we can get our coffee, and every single time that window opens, it’s with a genuine smile and the best energy.
What really sets this place apart is the heart behind it. Sometimes we even share short Bible study conversations that leave me encouraged and grounded before the day even starts. On bad days, they lift you up, and on good days, they celebrate with you. Their positivity is real, consistent, and contagious.
Annie is also wonderful, and even the owner—who I’ve only seen a few times—remembers my name, which truly means a lot. That kind of care makes you feel seen and valued. I genuinely love stopping here because this team makes my days better every single time. Ellianos isn’t just a coffee stop—it’s a place that feels special because of the people. We were in the area doing a project and it was a long drive home and coffee was needed!
We swung by Ellianos since they are a small chain in the area and we are glad we did.
We generally go to the Ellianos in Statesboro and all the stores usually have the same menu, so it was easy to decide what we wanted.
Compared to other shops, this one was well staffed and had both drive-thru lanes open, even at 6pm!
We pulled up to the window and was greeted by friendly baristas ready to take care of us!
Service was great, hardly any wait to get our order, and everyone worked together to make the experience pleasant!
We will definitely be using this shop every time we are in the area!
So go support the crew and get a great cup of coffee!

Waited for about 15 minutes for our drinks. Got a birthday cake milkshake, banana milkshake & strawberry smoothie. No complaints on the latter but the banana is almost flavorless, but milkshake consistency at least. The cake milkshake was almost handed to us, then they brought in back in the window because they thought it wasn’t the cake milkshake. They sniffed it,stared at it for a minute, then topped it with sprinkles and handed it back. It’s very runny and feels like the syrup is all settled to the bottom.

Not very happy this week with the Vidalia store. Order a peppermint white chocolate coffee and let a straight unflavored cup of coffee. Then pull up about 25 minutes before they are supposed to close and they said that have already cleaned the machines and aren’t serving any more coffee. I thought you serve your customers until you close not stop serving customers and clean so you don’t have to make coffee and can get off work as soon as you can.

Nice place I always buy cafe latte hot with sprinkled cinnamon lately they forget to sprinkle cinnamon and latte is lukewarm. Not intended as a negative only for informational purposes . Just ensure when someone orders an item it is hot and what customer requested .

I am at Elianos at least five times a week.it is my favorite coffee and they are very nice and friendly if you have not went to the one in vidalia Ga drop in they will treat you right love the atmosphere.

Terrible service. I ordered a matcha and asked for less ice cause they give you is like quarter cup of matcha and the entire cup is ice, but they still gave me a cup full of ice, when i requested it to have less ice. They snatched the cup, poured out a few ice and gave it back, terrible service.
