But… B&B is one of my favorite, and I mean favorite, pizza places. I drive 45 mins to this place to get their Four Cheese Pizza because it is tasty, the crust is the right amount of crunchy and soft because it is stone baked, and their employees are pretty awesome. I even got my mom hooked on their pepperoni personal size. Their toppings range from veggie to cheese head to carnivore and their pizza sizes are about the normal sizes (their personal is about the size of a Pizza Hut personal, maybe a hair bigger?) Definitely try this place, just not on the weekends. The Food Lab where this eatery is located gets packed quick, and parking is terrible to find.
Pizza sauce was watery, orange, and not great. 2/10
Cheese was salty 5/10
Pepperoni was salty 5/10
Most of the fire over style was on the bottom of the Pizza, as if it was getting hit from the bottom. Wood have loved to get the roasted on the TOP of the pizza.
Maybe different toppings would be better. Not a great classic pep.
EDIT: I reached out to the owner as they requested and after a few weeks there still has been no response on their end.
Ordered the rocket man, 12in. pizza with prosciutto, Beretta cheese, pine nuts, and arugula. Employee asked if I was eating in or to go, told him I’m eating here and sharing with friends. He said pizza will be ready in 10 minutes.
I sat right outside, 15 minutes later, went in to see status, and my pizza was just sitting on the counter, ice cold.
I noted that to him & said why didn’t someone come out and call my name and was told they don’t have an intercom. No one else was there, he could’ve yelled my name out the door. He offered to make a new one, I told them no thank you, my friends have their food already and I’m hungry And please just heat it up.
Guess people are supposed to psychically know when their food is ready?
. The pizza had a great crust, but sadly the rest of it was substandard with little cheese, sauce, prosciutto & taste.
i’m so tired of wasting money for substandard food, won’t eat there again!
