I had a really great experience here. The space is beautiful and calm, with a warm, elegant vibe that instantly makes you slow down and enjoy the moment. It feels upscale but not intimidating, which I appreciated a lot.
The food was solid across the board. The steak was cooked perfectly, juicy with a nice char and simple seasoning that let the quality of the meat shine. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp with generous parmesan and crunchy croutons. The oysters were clean and briny, super fresh, and the shrimp cocktail was chilled perfectly with a classic, flavorful sauce.
Service was attentive without hovering. Everything came out at a relaxed pace, which matched the atmosphere really well. This is the kind of place that works great for a date night, a quiet dinner with friends, or even a special occasion when you want something classy but comfortable.

Such a pretty restaurant but it was freezing which is surprising since it is just newly built. I guess modern ginormous windows can still leak in a lot of cold air. The chilly (but pretty) marble tables don’t help for insulation. Our waitress was a bit surly and seemed to do her best to try to avoid understanding what we were asking for. She never warned us that the crispy artichoke is more of a sharing dish and less of an individual starter. The champagne bar below the main restaurant looked stunning but again it was like arctic. If you go, we recommend taking plenty of layers if it’s winter, share your starters and ask lots of questions about the dishes on the menu as not everything is as described. I prefer the RH Rooftop. Better value for money and more healthy.

Server was good. Brunch service can be chaotic but attention to detail is critical. Don’t forget sugar with coffee for exemple. Also service stations are so close to table. Service must be very mindful guests hear everything.

My experience with The Dining Room at RH Guesthouse New York was a great. The food was truly exceptional — every dish thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable, as you would expect. Our server was very attentive without being overbearing.
The atmosphere is — clean, sharp, minimalist, giving the vibes of elegance. It’s upscale and refined, not exactly kid-oriented but not unwelcoming either. While it’s not my personal favorite style of “fancy,” I can still appreciate the overall aesthetic.

The grilled avocado with cavier was amazingly tasty, so does the expresso vanilla ice cream, the caser salad was good too. The service was so far the best I see from any restaurant, small detail – they clean your table after your main course before your dessert – it definitely is something I like a lot.

We had an amazing time at the restaurant. The food was exceptionally good. We had avocado with caviar. Lobster roll with caviar, that melts in your mouth and the burratta. For our mains, we had the Wagyu which was amazing ,right temperature ,cut ,taste, everything perfect .
We had the sweet potatoes and the truffle fries both exceptionally good. And then for dessert we had the butterscotch Brulé and grapefruit sorbet. Cannot wait to go back..
The hostess was friendly and greeted us when we walked in. The managers were very attentive. Our Server checked on us several times through the night. Service was great ,ambience and decor was very sophisticated and elegant.

This restaurant is beautiful and so are the bathrooms! To be expected by Restoration Hardware… the food is good but a little inconsistent… the Asian salad was disappointing , stick to the fried Chicken sandwich which was so tasty my mouth is watering writiny this review! Fries great and the margaritas so good. Ill be going back asap! But avoid the salads, only LA does incredible salads oh and the crispy artichokes are not to be missed!

We ordered the Kaluga Caviar Service, Grilled Shrimp, Gem Lettuce Salad, Wagyu Steak, King Crab Roll, Truffle Fries, Caramel Banana Split, and Strawberries & Cream and honestly, everything tasted perfect. The quality, flavor, and presentation were exactly what you’d hope for at a place like this.
The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is the service and overall hospitality. From the host stand to our server, there was very little warmth, and it felt like we had to fight for drinks and attention the entire night. We were also there for my wife’s birthday, which was clearly noted on the reservation, and it was pretty disappointing to watch tables around us get candles with their desserts while nothing was acknowledged for us. For a restaurant at this level, every layer of the front-of-house came up way short.
That said, the food outweighs the shortcomings, which is why it still earns four stars. If they elevate the hospitality to match the kitchen, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

10s 10s 10s across the board. My lobster roll and salad was yummy. The quality of my meal was worth the price point. My waitress was friendly and it was easy to get a reservation. It’s great for a date night, anniversary or birthday. The only thing I would give push back on is the no photos allowed. When we tried to take photos in the lobby the security told us it’s not allowed.
