This was a very bad experience. I will never be back. I have no idea how this operation stays in business. This was the worst burger I’ve ever had. The bun was old and fell apart the burger was flavorless and like a hockey puck. To make matters worse it took 30 minutes for it to be ready and all five burgers were served cold. Just needed something quick on a Friday evening at 7:15. Got out of there at 8:15. With so many places available I have no idea why anyone is a patron of this establishment. Add in that the service was awful and the people working their could care less about anything. The owner deserved to take a loss on this garbage or put the time in to be there and make sure it’s running properly.

My expectations were set extremely high; however, I was somewhat disappointed. Not good but not horrible. The burger patties were very fresh but just bland! My burger buns were cold and cheese was not melted at all (which was cold as well). It sucks that they only offer cheddar cheese and Swiss opposed to American cheese being an option. I loved the taste of the French fries. It was seasoned just right. Just expected more but wasn’t bad.

I’ll start by saying that the burgers and fries are decent. The service at this location, however, was pretty bad. Place seemed understaffed with only 2 people working with no sense of urgency. Place was almost empty, but waited 15 min at the register before anyone even acknowledged us there. Waited another 30 min for the food, which ended up being messed up.
Decent food, but not heading back here anytime soon.

The kitchen area, very much on view of customers at the counter, was really disgusting. Bits of soggy fries and other detritus were scattered all around a sink area and the walls were splattered with food bits. It looked really unappetizing and, worse, unsanitary. I appreciate that the staff are working as fast as they can but cleanliness is so important. Ugh.
And, sadly the burgers were really so-so. The veggie burger could have been ground up cardboard, frankly. The meat and veggie burger didn’t seem like good food at all. The lettuce was all spine and no green. All around a very disappointing experience. Won’t go back. Sorry but have to be truthful.

If they get your order right, you will have a fantastic meal. So far their hit rate is pretty low though. Their employees are very accommodating and the restaurant is spotless. Skip out on the elevation sauce if you aren’t a fan of ketchup, mayo, and relish.

Food took 30 mins to take out. Honestly way too long for this type of restaurant. Not sure if this was a one time occurrence but other reviews of this location seem to confirm my experience.

Their grass fed cattle burgers are different and better than the typical burger one generally gets. The rest of the ingredients are fresh and of better quality than I expected from a burger joint. The fries are cut fresh and are nice and crispy. I’d give it 4 stars but they messed up both my wife’s and my orders and charged us for a topping we never wanted nor got. Then they have these sirens that go off when different foods are ready. At one point, it sounded like we were eating next to fire house in the middle of a four alarm fire.

The worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. The food would have been good but it took them half an hour to get my burger and fries (they gave me the wrong order at first). The fries were freshly made, but you could see the staff just talking and hanging out in the back, so by the time they made all my food and gave it to me, it was barely warm. I have NEVER given a restaurant a bad review but I’ve never been to a restaurant where the workers did absolutely nothing in plain view of customers.
It was an extremely frustrating experience and I don’t want anyone else to experience what I did.

Waited a long time for our burgers, and we were a bit disappointed at first. However, when they brought the food out, the mgr apologized for the wait, without us even saying anything. He then proceeded to give us our money back + 2 free additional burgers to go! We were not expecting that and were pleasantly surprised. Went above and beyond. Will definitely be coming back.

Had two bad meals here on two different dates, but my most recent visit was worse. The restaurant only had 4 people in it and they forgot to put my order in. I had to wait 27 minutes to get my food. The hamburger bun fell apart as if it had been frozen first for a long time, fries were under-cooked. The restaurant tables were dirty even though the restaurant only had 4 patrons. I would not go back.
