Social Profile:

The Perez-Herrera family made their American Dream come true in 2005 when they started their first restaurant venture in the food court of a Mexican grocery store in West Valley City, Utah. It did not take long before the Northern Utah community had taken notice to the unique flavor of their seafood menu. Many people drive from faraway towns to try this delicious food. Influenced by the cooking of his upbringing, Chef Mario Perez, learned the art of cooking and preparing seafood with the fresh ingredients of his hometown, El Dorado Culiacán in the State of Sinaloa Mexico.

I absolutely love this place! Everything I’ve tried is delicious, from tacos, ceviche, tubos, molcajetes…Price ratio to quality and quantity is great! There is such a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Love the banda music. Michelada’s are a must! Keep coming back to this place for a feast

We’d been here in the past and really enjoyed the service, food and atmosphere. We went again last night hoping to make it before closing. We called twice between 9 and 9:45. They told us closing time was 10. My husband said so if we get there 9:55, can you still serve us? Knowing we were going to be super close to closing time. The lady said we close at 10 and hung up the telephone. We actually arrived at 9:50 only to be told they were only taking to go orders.

Upon arrival I walked up to the host table so that i may be checked in. Instead of her saying hello she just stared at me and we had an awkward 5 second stare at eachother before she said hello. I stated we needed a table for 13 and she looked at me as if i was speaking a foreign lauange. It felt very disrespectful and rude of her to act that way. I will be back soon for another try and i hope this woman changes her attitude. Fyi her name was GUADALUPE. Aslo with a table of 13 our bill was $500+ so i hope to be treated with courtesy next time!

Went there when I visited salt lake City. Have their whole fish meal. Which was tilapia. It was well seasoned and pretty good. I would definitely check out this place again.

The waitress was very friendly and checked up on us frequently. The inside is very decorated and gives a good vibe. I was disappointed in the “Camarones A La Diabla” wasn’t spicy at all. Tostadas were way better definitely recommend those.

Really good ceviche options.. I recommend getting the popular items- ask the server for help. They have live band on Saturdays and Sundays .. and great clean atmosphere. And they have kids menu.

The mojara was okay but the molcajete is soooo good. You get lots of food. Usually if it says 2-4 people it’s hardly enough for 2 in other spots but here we struggled with two to finish. Good drinks. Bad music though but better than the super loud places.

This place was good, but it lacked good service. We often waited more on our server and often had to get the attention of another server to help us. The food was good but not impressive our aguachiles lacked shrimp and had a sad presentation, and our mango on our ceviche wasn’t ripe so it messed with the texture and flavors of the ceviche. Would I return again? Maybe… but I am in no hurry to do so.
