They offer reasonably priced family meals, the rotisserie chicken tasted dry, but the beans and rice were good. I wanted fried plants, but decided against it because they looked burnt.

DON’T EVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT, WORST SERVICE EVER!! You’ll be waiting for hours for your food. The manager there seems like a very nice & humble person who’ll work with you if you go & see him with your problem. As for the girls who take your order over the phone, they’re the WORST!! They don’t speak or understand simple english & don’t expect good customer service from them. To them, the customer is wrong & they’re always right. I’ve ordered from here on numerous occasions because their food is very good. However, EVERY TIME I’ve ordered for delivery, they’ve messed up the order. I’ve had enough & I will NEVER order from here again thanks to those untrained females that work there!!!

I had to change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. Don’t know if the cook was changed but my last 3 visits the food has been awful. The red beans taste like they were cooked in cigarette butts. The bistec has been hard as a rock and rice not cooked fully well. After the 3rd time decided will not ever eat here again. Paying $17 per plate for rice and beans and bistec ti taste this bad is not worth it. It use to be good, don’t know what happened….

Service was great!! Chicken does not taste like The famous “El Valle” chicken. Not broiled on a grill nor it taste like the one from bruckner blvd. Step it up to the plate chef.
