YUM!! So excited about the new menu at El Toro! Can’t decide whether my favorite is the chicken taco … the shrimp taco … the chips and guac?!? DEFINITELY enjoyed the pomegranate margaritas!

Great Place for Mexican food! I had the fish tacos with tilapia. So yummy!!! Black beans and rice are super good! Guacamole was a bit spicy for me but I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff are friendly and the music is fun!!

We have been going to El Toro for a few months now and it has officially become our ONLY lunch place. The food is SPECTACULAR and Paul the bartender always keeps us laughing.

This place is the absolute best. Tacos and burritos are incredible. Best I’ve ever had. Been there 4 times in the last two weeks. Great prices, fun atmosphere and totally awesome staff. Where you live here or are in the area for a visit, definitely make a stop here! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

We were just driving through the area and got some takeout burritos as a last second decision. Two serious burritos and some chips and guacamole came to under 35$ so it was a totally affordable treat. Good flavors and we weren’t left hungry! I highly recommend. Only suggestion would be that servers make sure that to go bags have utensils

Great vegan Mexican food about as far from Mexico as possible! Their salsa and sauces are great. Nothing canned here all fresh ingredients. I also really enjoyed their fresh house organic margarita, it wasn’t too sweet. We’ve been craving some good Mexican food since we’ve been in VT & this is the best we’ve found so far. Really appreciate all the vegan options and knowledgeable staff able to help us make even more vegan meals. Definitely coming back here!

I wish I could give it 6 stars! The most (only?) authentic Mexican in New England, I honestly haven’t had Mexican food this good since I lived in Houston. We’ve been there for breakfast and lunch and at each visit continue to be impressed by the quality of food at such affordable prices. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they’ve done a great retrofit for covid (partitions between each of the tables). Cannot recommend highly enough!

Great fish tacos, authentic menu, good food. Dining room decorated with interesting art. Live music, try the home made jalapeno poppers – they are good too! The only thing that could be better is the size of the plate (not the quantity of food). My one enchilada dinner plate required dexterity to prevent rice, beans and sauce from dropping off the too-small plate. A great option in town, good food, good vibes!

Taco Tuesdays are a great deal! The tacos were great, but you’ll need a few of them. Be careful with the chips and salsa they bring to each table, they’re real good so don’t fill up too much. They also make a real “crunch wrap supreme” that blows taco bell out of the water. Staff was super friendly. Will stop back next time I’m in town!
