I loved the very quiet place. The waiter Ernesto was very attentive and helpful. Great variety of dishes and with good flavor. I loved the Mimosas . All the staff very attentive. The bathrooms are very clean. I recommend the restaurant for a family Sunday and spend it at ease.

Attended a Birthday lunch an enjoyed. My margarita tasted like it had no alcohol in it. We had to order a extra shot. And there was a dog in the restaurant. A regular house pet. Just about 3 tables down. Someone mentioned it to the waitress and she just shrugged. Like as if maybe someone said something to them but didn’t do anything. A guest mentioned thats very unsanitary to have pet dander, flying around the air, getting into people’s food. It was not a service animal at all. And it smelled like dog.

Gosh how do I start? Me and my partner loved the atmosphere but not the server from the second we got there he was telling us his favorite over 30 times I’m not sure if that’s his way of selling but it sucks and whenever he walked past he would stare at our food as if he wasn’t satisfied with the amount we ordered! What’s crazy is that after the drinks we were gonna get more food and then we get hit with the thousand Suggestions speaking and reaching over our food I’m not sure if the place isn’t making money? I just don’t understand persuasion like that plus we didn’t notice him doing that to anybody else! He had glasses he seemed very smug he knew he made us uncomfortable safe to say we are not coming back and my boyfriend loves el Torito didnt know there was one here in Torrance but anyways he had glasses only way I can identify him! Drinks were cute though

Carla at the taco stand and Diego were incredible! Daniel at the bar area is also great every time! Food is delicious and is consistently good. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 35 years. I’m still upset they closed the Santa Monica and Santa Barbara locations. At least this one is still here!

The food and service at El Torito is phenomenal. Our waiter Memo was fantastic and helped us decide on the menu since it was our first time. My fiance had the fajita supreme and I had the chicken enchiladas. The food came out fast and was very delicious. I also had a house margaritas that didnt disappoint. Highly recommended 5/5

I have been to this El Torino plenty of times before! However it is my first time writing a review. Today I went alone and I sat at the Bar area. I love their enchiladas and everything I have tried before has always been delicious. Anyway I sat at the bar area where my waiter was very friendly and attentive! I really appreciated that. I was there during happy hour and I was very pleased with a $4.00 Modelo draft beer and I ordered the $8 Flautas from the Happy Hour Menu and I was very pleased with the taste of the flautas! It’s always a win here but today was a real win win! Place is nice and clean and the music playing was good choice of music and not too loud!

Update: We went here again for our anniversary dinner. The food was excellent, just like our waiter, he was attentive and made sure we have everything we wanted. Lots of diners like El Torito is gone, I hope El Torito will be here for a long time.
It was our first visit. The food was delicious; it was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious; the portions were smaller than I expected for the prices. We were seated a few minutes after we entered the restaurant. Our server was Joselyn, who was attentive and friendly and had an excellent customer service personality. We will be back.
