I go to this McDonald’s almost every morning to get a sandwich and a breakfast sauce. The breakfast sauce is .45 which I am happy to pay for. BUT….they give you VERY little, NOT .45 worth. One time I asked for a little bit more and the girl came back to the window and said “she said that is enough” so I paid for another one, BTW it had more in it than the first.
Today I went and again bought a second sauce, and asked for napkins, no napkins in a to go bag makes no sense to me, anyway as I was waiting for my second sauce one of the ladies comes up and asks how I am, she is very sweet, blonde women maybe in her 50’s, small and very nice, and apologized about what was going on. The manager then appeared behind her and handed her the sauce and said “give this to her so she can go”
This manager should not be managing a McDonald’s or any other establishment. She is rude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers or, as far as I am concerned anyone. The poor girl at the window looked terrified. This woman needs to go.
I only go to this McDonald’s because it is the only one on my way to work. I used to be an assistant manager at a McDonald’s. I also used to be a supervising manager at another restaurant, I would have NEVER treated a customer like this, I would have gotten fired. I realize the public is sometimes a bit to deal with, this woman shouldn’t be dealing with the public, she needs to find a different job.

Went through the drive through, sat at the window for 10 minutes and no one even said a thing to us. A guy walked past the window a couple of times and did not even say anything. There is two windows and no one gave us any instruction whether to pull up or stay where we were. Longest drive thru experience I’ve ever had. Eventually had to go inside and ask for the food and they had it ready the whole time.

It would be wonderful if they actually implemented the non smoking site that they have as soon as you drive in and I believe at the door. On more than one occasion I have had the displeasure of walking through an elderly woman’s second hand smoke as she sits next to the door and smokes a cigarette. Highly distasteful and if I’m remembering agains city ordinance.

I came to Michigan on a business trip from Illinois and arrived after a four-hour drive. After checking into the hotel, I felt hungry, and it was one o’clock in the morning. This branch was the closest to me, so I ordered two meals, one for myself and one for the hotel employee. The meal was great, and the service from the staff was excellent.

Just look at my receipt on the side, I don’t have to explain…. That’s what I got. That’s also pretty much what it looked liked too. The worker said in his own words, “ can I just put m&ms on top of that?” When I asked if I could quickly switch it out. They gave me little to no ice cream filled half way with massive gaps on the sides, with just a mountain of Oreo on the side. Just don’t bother

I don’t frequent fast food, but I’ve gone to this one several times in the last few months and I’ve never received my order correctly. And then you tried to tell them and they look like a deer in headlights not the brightest people working up there so I paid for food that I didn’t receive not a happy person.

This location used to be great. They closed for a remodel and it has been disappointing service every time. See photos below. First was supposed to be Dr. Pepper…clearly not. Second was supposed to be Blue Raspberry Slush, again clearly not. They got two out of four beverages wrong. Last week they left one whole meal out of our order. I think I am done.

This location on haggerty road in Novi always gives us great food. But this particular Saturday a disrespectful black girl employee cussing a lot talking about her co-workers and being disciplined about chewing gum while in the dining room running back and forth to where the food is being prepared. While my wife and kids are trying to eat. Definitely won’t return to this location again.

I went inside to place an order because the drive thru was beyond packed. I placed my order at 12:50 and did not receive my food until 1:34. My chicken wrap was cold and soggy from the long wait, and my fries were cold. I used to love this location, but I can’t do wait times like that. So many people there for lunch break, and are spending the entire time waiting for their order. The workers were moving very slowly and was ignoring the lobby guests for quite a while.

worst mcdonald’s experience ever.placed mobile order at 5:40 AM for a sausage egg and cheese bagel, biscuit, and bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle. showed up at 5:47. there was another car at the second window, and I could hear her saying “hello?” because god only knows how long she was waiting. she finally got her order and sped off. When I pulled up to the second window, the problem revealed itself. This poor white girl with long brown hair was doing the work of three people. Her white coworker with the neck tattoo was just scrolling in tiktok for the entire half hour I waited watching her do his job while he just stood doing nothing. Her other tall black coworker was just standing around. At this point, people behind me were honking because it was taking so long. She was making food, handing out every order, cleaning, and doing their jobs for them due to their refusal. Whatever money those two men made while standing around doing nothing needs to go to her instead. They wouldn’t even look in my direction. When she finally, after 40 minutes, was able to get my food to me, I could see in her face she was absolutely exhausted and I do not blame her as she was essentially the only person working this morning. The order was placed at 5:40, I did not receive it until 6:22. I then get home, and see my bacon mcgriddle had no bacon on it. I will never go to this location again. Y’all need to give that poor girl a raise, and hire some people that will actually do their jobs and help her out a bit. I am pissed off on her behalf. Those two men should be ashamed.
