I’ve never had a bad experience at this location—aside from the occasional missing condiment. My expectations are simple: the order is correct, the charges are accurate, and the food is fresh. The staff may not be warm and fuzzy, but they get it right most of the time and keep the line moving.

Seems like a good store all around, felt like the inside could use a little love when it came to the decor but the food was good, order made 100% as ordered and relatively fast even though they seemed pretty busy for dinner rush. Team offered me assistance multiple times.

Popeyes chicken on Elgin Parkway has the most rudeness of young people. I ever met. Half of them doesn’t know the difference from a breast and a thigh..also the one in Crestview on the main road leading into Crestview.well they was not rude however when a person asks for dark meat .that is what they want not a breast. When I mentioned it to the cook about this .I was told we know the difference but we ran out of thighs. I had my hands all over that chicken and they got the chicken back from me and put it back up on the rack .also my friend order was incorrect .she had her hands on the chicken and of course they put it back on the rack .this is my last encounter with Popeyes. I look for these Popeyes to be closing if they doesn’t get the right people in it.

I ordered thru the app for scheduled pick up. The drive thru staff told me that when ordering meals with many drinks (I ordered 4 drinks), I would need to come inside because I was holding up the drive thru.
Are customers ordering many drinks with their meals have to order only in the store, so they could dispense their own drinks? I am not coming inside leaving my 4 young children (one is special needs) in the car while the staffs are too lazy to dispense my drinks. This is actually the second time it happens to me, the first one they told me I had to come in to get my order. Their excuse was my mobile order just came in on their computer system. So it seems like they do this on a regular basis. For customers ordering multiple drinks with your meals, be prepared to turn around and come inside the store to get your own drinks.
It’s too bad because my children and I love Popeyes than other chicken fastfood. But with experience like this, I will take my business somewhere else.
I thought this store has gotten better. They did get better with not forgetting to include sauce, but the unprofessionalism is still the same as before.

There were a lot of people working and not many customers so the wait was not long. I had stopped at another one 30 min before and I saw 2 people working and 2 families waiting that hadn’t ordered plus people in the drive thru so it was nice to know the food was fresh and the order was pretty quick.

This place the employee have a bad attitude and don’t ask for something different omg talk about you and can hear them speaker then gave me all legs 20 dollar box of chicken and 1 side I simply ask please don’t put all those breast in box. Even out. I heard this location was closing possible good these employee are so darn Rude think it’s there store personal I am over it I want be back! Horrible food. Chicken wasn’t done. Gravy and Coleslaw was watered down. The only good thing was the biscuits. $30 for crap to people who don’t want to work or take pride in their job. Needs shutting down. This is worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. I had to throw most of it out from getting sick because the chicken wasn’t done.
