This restaurant would have gotten more stars if they had taken the time to get customers’s order correct! I’m just about tired of giving this restaurant a chance to get a simple order right but tonight 8-16-23 around 11:30 or so I was dumb enough to order again and was let down once again! I ordered a burrito with carne asada, xtra refried beans, cheese and sour cream. I SPECIFIED NO salsa, NO guac, NO onions and definitely NO RICE!!! I only wanted the requested ingredients ONLY which was the meat, refried beans, sour cream and cheese ONLY and it is mind-boggling to understand why these restaurants feel the need to take a customer’s money and serve them whatever without any consideration for the possibilities of allergies or what not. If I’m delivering to another person I literally have to open up the food/ containers to make sure the order is correct and that is annoying because I don’t want to be opening up anyone’s food to inspect it. But every time I inspect the food I make sure it’s correct but if I don’t inspect it the order ends up being incorrect and that means no tip with a messed up order! Well tonight I was disappointed (AGAIN) because instead of me receiving my specified burrito (meat cheese sour cream refried beans- all on the extra side- which is an extra charge!!!) my burrito came with so much dry rice I felt dehydrated, a small amount of carne asada, a splat of sour cream and cheese and WHOLE beans instead of refried beans!!! My question is why is it so difficult to get a customer’s order right when the list of specifications is right there in the food preparer’s face!!!??? And like I said there are extra charges for specific orders so therefore I paid extra for nothing!!! This is the third time that I’ve been charged for a messed up order and my orders are always in between the $30-50 plus bracket so at least the restaurant can do is get the orders right!! I know someone who actually died from a allergic reaction so with that said be more mindful of the customers orders because if not you will lose loyal customers if you continue to charge extra for orders your customers didn’t want or pay for!!! Get it together!! That is all…

Amazing little Mexican restaurant that we stumbled on by pure luck. The tacos Al pastor are juicy, the torta is soft ans fluffy and the salsas are packed with flavour and spice. The service is top notch and it has the feel of a family run business. We have made this our designated dinner spot for our time in San Fran!

Best burrito place if you’re downtown. Great food without the downtown price.

This review is for a delivery order. My burrito had cheese (I cant have cheese and I put it in the notes). Quesadilla was missing altogether and that part of the receipt was cut off? Instead of mango agua fresca we got pinapple (we are allergic) and that flavor was not even in the menu! Literally the only thing they got right was tamarind jarrito. Very frustrating experience to say the least!

One of the first places I ate when I moved here almost six years ago and SO glad they’ve been able to hang in there thru the pandemic. Food is great, prices are reasonable and the service is always fast and friendly (and they’ve been very patient with my clumsy attempts to utilize mi español ). Best tacos in the TL, if not the entire city.

Food here, especially their burritos, are very delicious! They were good 15 years ago when I lived nearby and still delicious today.

THEE BEST Tacos Eva!!! ..I consider myself a taco connoisseur. If you’re in this Riskay neighborhood, check ‘‘em out. Less than 10min pickup for 4 tacos! & you might as well grab their homemade flan (or two). Id share a photo, but they didn’t last that long.

Mushroom Quesadilla was all that and more than expected while the Beef Head Tacos were flavorful and generous. I was left wanting for nothing!

Solid spot for late night eats. It can get pretty boppin, so the salsa bar can get pretty skim, but just ask and someone will get on it.
