We visited this restaurant for the first time to have a family dinner. The front desk was welcoming and the restaurant was clean. We ordered foods that were brought on our table within an acceptable waiting time. We noticed that one dish was brought to us that we did not order. But we did not complain for it, as we thought there might be miscommunication with the waiter. We were happy regarding the food quality; however, they are overpriced compared to other Mexican restaurants. For example, Fahita for two persons (that is our favorite menu) is $45. One weak side was to offer a “good customer service”. The waiters did not came to us during our dinner to check if we need something else (for example, water, salsa etc), although we tried to get their attention by raising hands several times. We understand it was quite busy time and there were limited number of waiters/waitress, but that service was expected. The management needs to work towards improving the customer service, in particular who are directly working on the food table. One of the last surprise was on the bill, that added “credit card service fee” which was unanticipated in a restaurant.
